I recently had a great experience at Midas, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Right from the start, I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the manager, Mike. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made the entire process stress-free. I also appreciate that Mike accommodating to work with me to get the tire part that met my needs at the reasonable price. The team provided excellent customer service, taking the time to explain my options clearly and answer all my questions. They offered great suggestions to meet my specific tire needs, ensuring I made the best decision for my vehicle. The additional perks of coffee and Wi-Fi while I waited were a nice touch. It made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service, the expertise of the staff, and the overall atmosphere at Midas. I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs!

Every time I come they greet me with exceptional service. Being that I am a woman people will often times try to get over but Mike and his staff will never. They always keep it honest and provide great work. I will literally never go to anyone else and I will tell everyone I know to come here. Seriously if I’m writing a review then it means I truly feel like this place deserves their flowers. Thank you again Mike and crew I’ll see you soon.

Quick and affordable! They also quoted me on brake pads and struts but were not pushy at all, which was a welcome change from many places I have been. Will absolutely be back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Boy what a difference Personnel makes... if you're lucky enough to get the general manager you get great service,, if the boss is not in that day and you have to deal with any of these other of these lazy half-wits = ok, let's schedule an appointment for tomorrow... then ya come back and it's ooohhh the boss isn't here so half the staff left, we'll maybe get to it in an hour. Wait-what?!?!! Don't they realize there are hundreds of other places you can get an oil change.... I highly recommend y'all find someplace else. These dudes just don't care about anything other than being as lazy as possible :*(

Great experience! I went to the Midas location on Washington Blvd in Los Angeles, and Rudy there was so helpful. I came in for an oil change, and he was so accommodating and friendly. The service was also thorough and efficient. Will be going back and highly recommend:)

It’s official: Midas is my new mechanic. If you’re done overpaying grouchy car repair guys, this’ll be a welcome change. I’ve lived by them for years, wish I’d popped in sooner. Michael at the front is friendly, funny, 100% professional. Rene (mechanic) quickly diagnosed my issue but with zero pressure or bs. I’m going back for windshield wipers this weekend.

Poor service. I called to discuss my vehicle needs prior to arrival. I was very specific regarding the fact that I had a custom built over sized heavy class b. On arrival they said they didn't have the lift capable of lifting it, to do the work. Total waste of my time.

I recently visited the Midas shop for a headlamp bulb replacement, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely stellar! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Mike, the store manager, was exceptional—friendly, fast, honest, and incredibly efficient. I was in and out in just 10 minutes, and his whole team was equally impressive. They had me back on the road and back to work in a mere 15 minutes. If you need quick, reliable, and top-notch service, I highly recommend this Midas location. They truly set the bar high for customer service!

I took my car here for the first time for an AC repair. They did an excellent job on the car, kept in communication with me and let me know exactly what was going on with the repair. Mike was the guy handling my car. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He also gave me a very fair price on the repair. I will be returning to this shop for work in the future.

The best service I’ve experienced in a shop! Lots of funny jokes, if you have a funny bone and enjoy life it’s definitely the place to go. Nice prices and they play 3 stooges on tv which is a comical classic
