I was blown away with the outstanding customer service and friendliness at this MIDAS. They extremely knowledgeable and ran diagnostics on my car for free when Shell on Lincoln and Fiji did (at $90) the same but still did not know what was wrong with the car. Shell was going to charge me $3000 - 4000 for something that Midas pinpointed and helpfully got the quote below $2000. A special thanks to Micheal (manager), Cesar (organized mechanic) and Lani (cheerful friendly front desk). I will be referring anyone to Midas and my husband and I will be taking our vehicles there as long as Micheal is there! Thanks MIDAS!!!!!!

I’ve been here a couple of times for an oil change and everyone here is always so helpful and great especially Mike!! I ended up needing a battery while I got my oil changed the second time and they took good care of me and got it done all in one. I will always come back here!

From any body shop I have ever gone to or dealerships that have serviced my vehicle, nobody, and I mean nobody beats the service and prices of Midas. Mike and his team are a superb service. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you know your car was placed in good hands and super fast service. They are fast, reliable, affordable, and very knowledgeable. I have walked in there 2 times with a broken axel and a mass air flow sensor that had been replaced 3×. I had spent 2k on this sensor at 2 body shops before, and let me tell you I paid only 10% of what I had wasted before. I completely recommend this place you can not and will not compete with their service and prices anywhere. So, if you got problems, head over to Mike and his team they will take care of you and got coffee waiting for you at their shop. Also, they maintain their shop super clean, and there's plenty of seating for those wanting to wait for their vehicle to be serviced. 👍

Mike, the manager, was so helpful. I came in for an oil change and brake check and he recognized I needed new brake pads and rotors since I had been hearing squeaking noises while driving. He gave me an amazing deal. It was incomparable to any other price other shops quoted me for when I called earlier that day. Thank you for you help! I’ll be back!!

Great experience at this Midas location! They took great care of my car and did an AMAZING job at replacing my tires. The store manager (Mike) and the worker at the front desk (Rudy) were very attentive and very polite. They went the extra mile to make my experience great. Also, the tech (Rene) who did an EXCELLENT job at putting new tires on my car!! I for sure recommend this Midas.

Had a very positive experience with a replacement battery! I called to confirm they had the correct item in stock and Mike was very helpful on the phone and again when I arrived. I was in and out in an hour. Great energy and service!

I punctured one of my tires. I called spoke with Mike, he ordered the replacement, texted me when it arrived and one of his guys expertly changed my tire in 20 minutes. Amazing customer service and the price was super competitive. Such an awesome tire shop, highly recommend!

This is the ONLY place I take my car and the ONLY place I trust with my car and my wallet! Mike and his team are wonderful and always there to help. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Boy what a difference Personnel makes... if you're lucky enough to get the general manager you get great service,, if the boss is not in that day and you have to deal with any of these other of these lazy half-wits = ok, let's schedule an appointment for tomorrow... then ya come back and it's ooohhh the boss isn't here so half the staff left, we'll maybe get to it in an hour. Wait-what?!?!! Don't they realize there are hundreds of other places you can get an oil change.... I highly recommend y'all find someplace else. These dudes just don't care about anything other than being as lazy as possible :*(

Every time I come they greet me with exceptional service. Being that I am a woman people will often times try to get over but Mike and his staff will never. They always keep it honest and provide great work. I will literally never go to anyone else and I will tell everyone I know to come here. Great experience! I went to the Midas location on Washington Blvd in Los Angeles, and Rudy there was so helpful. I came in for an oil change, and he was so accommodating and friendly. The service was also thorough and efficient. Will be going back and highly recommend:)
