If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and quality workmanship this is where you want to bring your car. Hayat was amazing from my first phone call and was very willing to take great care of our ole 2000 Jeep XJ. I asked him to do an inspection of my front end as I had come in for an alignment. I knew I needed some work done. He did a detailed inspection for me and even drew about a complete diagram of what I needed to fix or replace. He went over in great detail what I needed and exactly what I was dealing with. This store was very busy and was also down a key staff member due to illness, so I knew it was not an overnight job. and that was fine. I told him not to rush my job because we did not need the Jeep back immediately. He was surprised and thankful at the same time. I’ve been in his shoes. Hayat called and/or texted constantly to keep me up to date on my repairs. When I received our Jeep back he had gone above and beyond to take exceptional care of us. No problem for us at all but because of staffing issue and being flat out very busy we didn’t want to “Be one of those.” So I told him I was not a rush job, and to get caught up and work on mine during the slower times, when he could some. It was just a pleasure to work with him and help him like he was helping us. He took care of a few things that he saw while replacing my front end components..and did not change us. That was very kind of him and definitely not expected, especially from an auto repair shop - That’s like finding chicken teeth today. I guess the best compliment I can give is I would hire Hayat to work for me and be extremely pleased with his above and beyond customer service attitude he would give my customers. You have a amazing opportunity to grow him for a regional or more senior position. It’s just that evident to me. You’re very lucky to have a person representing himself for your company. These are the people who can help grow your business! If I was not just traveling through the area and lived here, this would be the place I would trust my cars or have my wife go to for work and never worry about a fair price and quality work. So glad I found this shop. Thank you Hayat for taking such great care of us.

How you gonna look upset and agitated and annoyed because your guys couldn’t do one simple thing put on one lug nut your team forgot and have the other side loose as hell. That’s bad service take responsibility for your actions no need to be annoyed that’s how you lost this customer. No need to have a toddler type of attitude about it it’s simple.

I am very pleased with customer service and mechanics at this Midas location. They always do a thorough inspection of my car. I am impressed with the auto report that explains any serious problems to items to keep an eye on. This is my go to auto repair center.

I don’t recommend coming here without having knowledge of cars. I do believe I got work done I did not need & never do financing through them I did and later on realized I was being charged 600% so I paid 3600 on a 2000 dollar job and that’s after a man called and complained for me because they just didn’t take me serious. I went back for a free oil change and they said I seriously needed my oil pan changed but I was suspicious and took it somewhere else and they let me know my car had no oil in it two weeks later because they did not screw the oil plug back on right. I used to speak highly of this place but not anymore. As a female who is used to being taken advantage of regarding my cars I was shocked they were also one of those people. I won’t be back again

I have been going to Midas for many years. When you find good, friendly service at a good price you stay with that place. At least that is what I do. Hayat is the manager and always treats me the way I want to be treated. Fair, honest, and is reliable. The mechanics at MIDAS are the best. I highly recommend MIDAS for all your car service. I suggest making an appointment today.

I was shown pictures of the brake rotors and measurements of the pads, so I could see and understand the problems. Midas did the brake work and the brakes work well. Midas did a test drive before I left to make sure everything worked.

If you want honest, professional and reliable service, this Midas location is it! They kept me updated on every step of the process and got me out of there when they promised - unlike their counterparts, Brake Masters! If you honest and respectful service, look no further!
