Very nice crew and clean location! Guys were still there after the store closed, and opened the door back up to help put air in my tires in an emergency.

The gentleman at the front desk delivered outstanding service. He was extremely polite and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues my car was experiencing. This was my second visit to this location, and I returned because I was highly satisfied with the service and Brian's kindness.

10/10 service for this Midas!! My brakes were grinding and they helped me out same day with getting them replaced and back on the road safely. Overall service was above and beyond, not only to me, but every customer that stopped in while I was there. Called around to a few places and they stood out not only for price, but for exemplary service. Definitely would recommend!!!

I love this Midas so much. Brian at the front desk is so nice and easily explains things that I know absolutely nothing about. They got me in and out in a day and the actual work was less than 3 hours! I also appreciate that they don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. I almost can’t wait until I need to replace my brakes so I can go back. They’re all so nice and make it painless.

During the really cold weekend in January 2024 my husband's car decided to act up. We couldn't get his car up the hill at our apartment complex. I called on Saturday morning and they said we would have to get it towed in and gave us a number (which was able to tow it the same day!). Brian was fantastic throughout this whole experience. The tow showed up around 4pm, but when we finally got the car to the shop Brian walked us through what he would look at and check for and told us the car should be ready by Monday. The rest of that weekend was a series of unfortunate events, but knowing that my husband's car was being taken care of, as well as the outstanding customer service, was a huge relief for us.

I would recommend any of my friends to go here. Whenever I leave an appointment I feel more than satisfied with the service I receive from Brian and Thomas. I have gone to other locations and shops before, but I never feel as satisfied when I leave. If you’re looking for a mechanic shop, I highly recommend going to Midas on Center.
