Super pleased- They were able to get me in for an oil change before the weekend. Great service all around and everyone was very professional. Talked to the new manager for a bit and he was great. Definitely will be back!

I needed an oil change for my vehicle but needed to find a place that I can get in and out during my break from work. I have never been to Midas before so I thought I’d give it a shot since it was near my work. I called and talked to Jared. I had several questions as my car takes a special type of oil. Jared was fantastic with how he handled the call and booking my appointment. Very professional and prompt in finding me a time. When I got off the phone I figured I talked to the manager or someone who had been at the Midas location for several years…only to find out later by the Manager Tommy, Jared recently just started! I was blown away by not only Jared’s customer service but the work and care the team did on my car! They did an oil and fill car inspection…they really do value putting customers first! On top of it, the price was a lot less than other places! Well doneJared and Midas team In Millard, (Omaha Ne)!

Well not so good this time, I was told lifts were not working so they couldn’t rotate my tires, although I did see a car on a lift. So they changed my oil the old fashion way , the tech crawled under the car, well when he brought my keys back I noticed his shirt and pants covered in dirt, so I got to thinking did they cover my seat so there wouldn’t be dirt on my seat from him driving my car out. No, my seat was filthy, steering and the door handle and surrounding area had grud all over it. I showed it to the person at the desk and said I was disappointed, and why don’t they cover my seat to prevent this, “Well, they are suppose to” is the answer I got. I have an appointment for my wife’s in 3 days, going to cancel. People take pride in their vehicles and try to keep them clean. They should not come back dirtier then they brought it in.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY TYPE OF CAR PLACE (buying, getting fixed, etc)… Tommy was so helpful. The service team was quick about looking at my car and telling me the bad news (I need a new fuel pump on a car with an oil leak and 180,000 miles…time for a new car) lbs 🙁😂 But during my wait I talked to Charlie and Tommy the entire time, mostly about sports. I prolong going to car repair shops and normally drop my car off and leave. this time I didn’t, and they made my time in there actually enjoyable. 10/10 experience. I’d definitely bring my car back and/or recommend them. (sn: I always have a good experience at the Dodge location too! I don’t know the man’s name at the desk but he’s always really nice, tried to work my car in when he car, and super helpful too)

I don't like to share negative issues but this repair shop tried to rip me off for $1100! I went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. They checked off that my vehicle inspection did pass because I needed new brake pads and rotors. I decided to take my vehicle to a mechanic I trust - took a vacation day and drove an hour 1 way only for him to SHOW me that my brakes are perfectly fine, not even close to needing replaced and rotors were "like new"! I feel so violated and angry right now, unethical and deceptive business practices for sure. Don't go there....ever!

My father-in-law had a nail in his tire on a Saturday. Almost every place we went said they were too busy to help us. Midas was willing to squeeze us into the schedule and had the job done in 30 minutes. Tommy at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Thank you!!

Great service and customer care by Shay and her team. They checked all my fluids and suspension. Did an oil change, brakes, and rotors all around on my aging 3/4 ton pickup super fast and reasonably priced. No pushy sales tactics on stuff I didn't need. I'll be going back to keep this relic moving for many years to come.

Shay genuinely made my experience at midas everything I could ask for in a car mechanic industry. She was extremely knowledgeable, she kept me updated on everything happening to my vehicle, and didn't try to upsale me. Midas is a ONE STOP SHOP! Thank you shay for an amazing job and experience!
