After accidentally hitting the curb, the sewer totally slashed the sidewall of tire so we had it towed here! They quickly were able to install a new tire! All of the employees were extremely helpful and made the experience so pleasant and easy! Would definitely use again if we ever needed new tires or tire repairs! Great experience!

I hit a pothole and brought the Vehicle to Midas because I was on a time crunch and it's also near my home. I was charged $1,526.08 for Tie Rods, sway bar and control arm and ball joint (quoted 2k at first). Had to bring back the Vehicle for a realignment 2 days later. Lost money from taking off work and in this Economy that was tough. The Vehicle was also damaged (A straight pattern of paint chips on top of passenger fender and a very slight depression on the side) to add to the price. I picked up the Vehicle at closing when it was getting dark and didn't notice at first. I tried calling soon as I got home but got no answer (have screen shots). I called the next morning about the problems with the alignment and damage and was told a manager would look at it. Alignment was redone the following day but no manager was available. Was told he'd call me the next day. No call.

My initial contact was with James, who was super professional and courteous. I was able to make an appointment for an oil change the next day. I ended up needing to change my appointment to an earlier time and was able to do so right away. Great service and prices for sure!

I was going to get my wheel speed sensors done and they didn't feel comfortable doing it because they didn't want to break the bolts and cause a bigger issue and that's ok. They saved me money and only did the TPMS sensors that was bad.
