Excellent service… I was actually shown all my vehicle problems and didn’t feel like I was being up charged…plus advised me on how to save money on things they could have done but was covered in my warranty…I appreciate the honest and transparency in their work

great service good store manager with helping me out with my vehicle I want to warn everyone not to get easy pay loan from midas if you have low credit score and can't get a loan . I needed work done on my car which came out to $1,344.00 dollars I thought with my low credit score it would be 30% percent on the loan not 179% percent which I would have to pay $2,600 in interest for 18 month loan if you can pay them with in hundred days you don't have to pay that interest but if you can't then you get hit with all that interest when I start telling people about price for exhaust muffler and pipe assembly they said it was high part number 58550 price from midas was $309.99 family member found same part online for $103.08 also part number 50072 midas price $549,99 called around found same part for $229.99 even though service was good prices are high.

I always went somewhere else to get my car inspected but I decided to come to Midas at Bustleton. Before I called Midas at Bustleton, I called another Midas place, but they sort of made me feel idk how to put it, but they made me feel a little hesitant to go there just by talking to them over the phone. With Midas at Bustleton, not only it was easy to make an appointment over the phone, but Chris was very nice and made me feel welcome. Because of that, I said, “oh forget about the other place. I want to come here.” And it was the best decision I made. Not only he was very welcoming, but he was very patient with me. I remember when I came in, he had his lunch delivered but because I brought an expired insurance paper (I thought I brought the updated one) he waited until I sent him the updated version via email and to clear me off before he could go to lunch. Very good communication too. He sent me updates via text messages which is something I prefer instead of mechanics calling me. Not only they updated me that the inspection was finished, but he also informed me that 2 of my filters were dirty and gave me the option (no pressure) to whether or not if I wanted them to change it . (I said yes). When I got there to pick up my car, Chris actually showed me my filter. I’m not going to lie to yall audience, but I thought oh, maybe this is their way to make more quick buck, but my filter was actually dirty. It was disgusting. So nasty. When he showed me my filter, it looked like what appeared to be a mouse?rat? nest and some other grimy stuff. I could totally sense the difference with the new air filter in my car. Felt like my car had asthma before lol. Anyway , thank you very much ! You and your staff. You guys are the best and this is honestly the best mechanic experience I’ve gotten. Keep up the good work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I worker named Kevin here at Midas fixed the rattling underneath my car , took me to look at the problem and fixed it right then and there . 10/10 services he made sure I knew what was wrong and how to go about fixing it .

I was very pleased with the service at Midas as I called last minute to get an inspection done… the manager Chris was able to get me in to do it before they closed… the service took under two hours as the manager had told me it would be… everything went well

Update : THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR AND NEVER CHANGED THE FILTER I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN This will be my second and final time coming to this location. I asked for a picture of the oil they were using for my car so I can make sure it wasn’t the wrong one and the guy wasn’t even working on my car decided to get aggressive, And tell me I shouldn’t be asking him any questions when they are the mechanics so apparently this guy doesn’t belong in customer service and he also tries to fight customers. Luckily, I didn’t have my firearm on me at the time because things could’ve went south if he would’ve continued to escalate so basically they lost the customer because one mechanic couldn’t keep his cool when someone was asking him a regular question that wasn’t even offensive advice to anyone coming here for something simple or even anything more than an oil change. Just stay away because the guys will try to overcharge you, and then they’ll be disrespectful and act like there some tough guys and ask for the persons name they won’t give it to you so again in my opinion, just don’t come to this Mitas they overcharge and they’re disrespectful. Apparently you can’t ask any questions without one of them trying to swing on you.

Came in early morning as soon as the shop for my 2000 Honda accord LX 4 cylinder. Had a check engine problem, had to replace the knock sensor and they even did the cabin air filter fast. Everyone were kind and welcoming and did the job fast and well done. Will be returning customer.
