Came in for an oil change and for my brakes. Was helped by the assistant manager Juan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to get a deal for my rotors. Great customer service and helpful, and patient with any questions I had. At the end told me what I needed to keep my car running right for the winter. Yall got a new loyal customer

I had an excellent experience at Midas located at 9200 Frankford Ave. thanks to Juan. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment, and the team was quick to diagnose the issue. They explained everything clearly before proceeding. Juan was incredibly friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. He even gave me a few tips for better car care. My experience was awesome thanks to Juan!!
