STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST IVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM SINCE 06-02-24 I OWN A CHALLENGER RT AND I WENT TO THESE GUYS ( TIM ) FOR A NEW ENGINE REPLACEMENT BC MY CYLINDER HEADS WERE NOT GETTING ENOUGH COMPRESSION OR THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD AND BC OF THE NAME AND REPUTATION I WENT WITH THEM, LONG STORY SHORT I WAS CHARGED 8K FOR THEM TO FIX IT, MY ENGINE IS BROKEN MY TRANS WENT BC THEY HALF ASSED A JOB AND DIDNT PUT ALL THE CORRECT SCREWS THEY TRIED SHAVING THEM AND DOWEL PINS WERE MISSING CAUSING THE HOUSING FROM THE TRANS TO THE ENGINE TO SNAP, I TRIED MEETING THEM HALFWAY BEFORE I GOT A LAWYER INVOLVED, BC THEIR SOLUTION WAS TO WELD IT BACK INSTEAD IF REPLACING THE NEW ENGINE THAT I PAID FOR,, CONSUMER RELATIONS WAS NO HELP AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY WARRANTY I GOT TOLD THEY CANT GIVE ME A NAME NUMBER OR EMAIL, I WAS OFFERED A FREE OIL CHANGE…. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO, IVE HAD TO BRING MY CAR BACK HERE AT LEAST 5 TIMES WITH TXT MESSAGE PROOF EVERYTIME MY CAR BROKE DOWN AFTER THEY “ FIXED IT” ALL THEY DID WAS LEAVE MY CAR IN A WORST STATE THAN IT ORIGINALLY WAS

This Midas(Bustleton Ave.) is probably the best Midas location in the Delaware Valley. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They take their time to listen to you explain your car issues, and work with you to resolve it. The store manager is an extremely nice guy. They properly pressure tested my cooling system, and ran diagnosis to ensure there were no hidden pressure issues in the system.

0/10 i took my 2014 ford fusion there yesterday on 18th of November 2024. I checked my car with auto zone, and they told me to go to Midas, I went there because of engine light on and they said they take care of it I drove for a little bit and the engine light came back on. I call back this morning and they are talking nonsense they are the worse mechanic 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Before I say anything else, I want you to know that Tim at the store on Bustleton and Cottmon Ave. in Phila.Pa. gave me the most exceptional customer service. From the initial phone conversation to when I went into the establishment, he was phenomenal. What an awesome asset to the company.

I was initially hesitant to come to Midas. However.... TIM is Amazing!!!! Everyone here is so Great, which was needed while trying to deal with my extended warranty. Tim was so patient and understanding. It made me feel so comfortable especially because auto repairs can be stressful.

7 stars if i could. Tim is my guy, he mounted my tires, rims and sensors, and balanced all of them. TBH, my tpms light came back on, so I went back and recalibrated everything for free and now im goid to go. Tim is a man of his word and the provide great service at this location on the corner of Cottman and Bustleton. Amazing prices as well. I highly recommend them!!!

Exceptional service, very friendly. I came in with messed up brakes, they took their time and fixed and even stayed after hours to make sure that the car wasn’t going to give me any problems, definitely a 10/10 would recommend for anyone with car problems.

I purchased a coupon for brake pads from Groupon. Unfortunately, after waiting a sufficient amount of time, l was informed that my coupon could not be honored. Extremely disappointed to hear that comment. Especially, since it did not indicate that on the website. This tactic reminds me of the cliche "bait and switch". Come in expecting a certain outcome, but to be sold something totally different. 🤔 l felt this was misleading, and l very disappointed.

I was referred to this location by a manager from Mavis Tires because they were unable to handle my car issue. I was told : “Don’t worry, Tim and his crew will take good care of you.” And guess what? They did.! First impressions are lasting impressions. The bathroom and waiting area were immaculate, and contemporary music played while I waited for my car. Tim, gave me real time updates on the diagnosis of my car issue and explained the invoice in detail, so there were no surprises. I thoroughly appreciated the customer service I received and highly recommend them.
