While at college my daughter recently needed a complete brake job on her car. Norman and his team were incredible. Norman took the time to call me and made sure everything was taken care of for her. They even found another minor issue with her car and took care of it on the spot without charge. If you need anything for your vehicle I'd recommend you call and Norman will take care of you. You can trust them

Went in for an oil change and they alerted me to a few problems that would have left me stranded if not remanded. They took good care of me and I was back on the road in no time ! They have been my go to garage for a number of years and I have not regretted trusting my vehicle's to them.

I have had two new tires installed a few months ago and they broke one of the tire pressure sensors in my car. The manager and the employee that worked on my car were aware but did no effort to fix or replace, I have followed up several times and was told I would be called back and until this day I have not heard back. I keep getting the run around. The warranty on the tire has expired and I've had to replace the tire twice since my car does not register the tire pressure. I don't recommend this place since they simply don't care! I have called numerous times and I have asked to speak with the manager and I've been told he's not in or busy and he will call me back, I never hear from him! This is such bad business and I will be sure to let all my friends and family know NOT to go here! All I want done is what they broke!!

Long story short I called the wrong Midas. But this guy kept calling me back to see when I was bringing the car in. But it was way too far from my house. I ended up going there because he actually cared. And it was probably the best decision I’ve ever made. So he fixed one of my cars. Great service great communication. And then I told him I was gonna bring my other car to fix it and he was gone. Well, they told me he went to another Midas so I started calling around like the crazy person I am And I found him here on the southside. And it’s been the best experience. I literally drive way out of my way to bring both of my cars here to do oil changes in the maintenance. And I trust him. And I usually don’t trust mechanics because they try to nipple and dime you. But I feel like this guy is actually really honest, and I appreciate his kindness and his honesty. So I wanted to leave this review to show him my appreciation.

Went here for a car diagnostics the charge was supposed to be 140 they charged me extra when I talked to the guy he originally told me he would change it to 140 when he saw they were having system issues he offered that when I got my new vehicle I could get a complimentary oil change , now they can’t even honor it because they changed management despite knowing they over charged me . When they ran the diagnostics it wasn’t even a real diagnostics because they had no info on anything that was wrong with the vehicle outside of the oil pan being pierced, be Careful when going to these guys they try to switch up what they tell you they keep offering people free oil changes just to lie about it later .

I normally take my vehicles to take 5 until I realized they don't top off all the other fluids. I made the appointment that day at 1 pm. I asked them when they have it up in the air to call me to look at it bc I know I have went up on curbs and such. 😂 But they took pics and gave detailed info of what needs to be addressed. They didn't hassle me about getting it done but they gave me the estimate and details. Loved how they sent me my car inspection to my phone with pics! Guys were awesome. From the guy that was inside taking care of customers to the young man doing my service! I'll be back with my other vehicles

Super friendly guys. I was a “walk-in” for a check engine light and they were able to take my car right away. I dropped it off around 8:30am and was able to pick it up around 3:00pm. I needed new brakes brake pads and an oil change as well as a purge valve replacement for my Ford Fusion. Highly recommend checking them out for your car needs.

The 2 gentlemen in the front desk were very helpful, Ismael (the guy who worked on my car) was very kind, when I got there he was working on another car & he still took a second to smile & greet me, said something like “welcome to Midas”.. I thought that was really sweet of him. Overall a very nice experience, I will return for future oil changes

!!BEWARE & STAY AWAY!! This business should be closed down for all the scams they run out on these cars with wrong diagnosis and unqualified employees. I paid them 1,500 dollars all for me to keep taking my car back and forth to them for one whole year for the same reason I took it to them in the first place. they never fixed anything and would refuse to give me a full refund. please don’t go and waste your time and money with this establishment. I asked to speak with a GM and Chris and Joe have refused to give me a contact number and still waiting on someone to reach back out to me with an update on my refund as all of this has been a waste of time and money. They will not give you a refund and keep your car for daysss only to leave it how you dropped it off as.
