I recently purchased a used car and went to Midas for an inspection to ensure everything was in good condition. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they informed me that some fluids needed to be replaced. I felt confident my car was in good hands, so I made a follow-up appointment for the service. On the day of the appointment, there was a bit of a hiccup—due to receiving the wrong fluid, there was a delay, and the price quoted was higher than expected. However, Ryan stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. He honored the original quote I was given and ensured that everything was taken care of efficiently. Thanks to Ryan and the team, I left feeling satisfied and confident that my car was well looked after. I highly recommend Midas for their excellent customer service and dedication to their work.

Was disappointed I ask them to do 2 cats 2 o2 sensors and 4 spark plugs they said it would cost one price well they only put one cat on then lied when I called and said they only put one cat on so had ask to fix e brake they said 600 dollars for a cable then they was wrong on witch cable then called me said be a bit to get the right cable done messed me over on 1 cat told me other cat would be another 1600.00 cable would be a day or two so the 2 cat price raised to twice the price could not get the right part and still want more money after giving me a price for two cats at over twice the first price go there and they lie and can't do the right work

I took my truck to get a catalytic converter. It took them 3 days to get it done. 3 days i did not go to work because of them. When they were done I took my truck home and it sounded like a helicopter. It was horrible. I inspected the welding and it wasn’t even welded correctly. All air was escaping through the gaps. I had it like this for about a month because I was to busy to get it fixed. I finally got time and took it to Azteca Custom Mofflers. The guys at Aztecs did a great welding job. Do not go to MIDAS for muffler work. They do not have a qualified welder. Also they did screw back my flare incorrectly. It was missing screws and I almost lost it in the freeway.

I've been trusting the Midas and crew for as long as I can remember. Everytime I take my van in for service- the mechanics always do a great job. Desk agent always courteous and they let me know if anything needs attention. Thank you guys on I-17 and W. Dunlap. Very trusting people.

I took me car in because my brakes were grinding and squishing to the floor and the brake pads and rotors were replaced but after a few days my brakes kept making weird noises so I went back and replaced the brake booster then had to come back and fix the master cylinder and then have the brakes bled and still after about a month of no issues my brakes start grinding again I call Midas back and James no longer works there so they bleed the brakes again and with 30 minutes of leaving my brakes are whistling and grinding so I call back and was informed it might be the ABS module I really feel like these mechanics are guessing and not really diagnosing the issue I'm spent nearly 2000 for the issue to still he not fixed and it feels like a rip off

The mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable, and saved me money on potential repairs. A different shop told me I needed a head gasket. But the midas men showed they lied to me. And fixed what I actually needed. Midas doesn't treat women like idiots and over charge for repairs. I'm very pleased and am a returning customer.

Best place ever. Saved $30 dollars on a oil change. Other places charge $60. All three techs were nice and courteous to me. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely go there for all my vehicle needs. Thx Midas Muffler

I went there for an oil change This was the second oil change there. Within 20 miles the splash guard had fallen (not put back properly) and was dragging on the ground. I thought it was a bad tire, and checked the tires, all were OK. I limped home and found the problem. Took it off, it was damaged. Took it to Midas. There was a new manager. I left the part there as I thought it would be taken care of. I called back a few days later, and was told that the Tech that had to pay for it had been in the hospital for 5 days. Well, I did not hire the tech, I hired Midas. I tried to call them 4 times on Thursday Aug 8. The call went to voicemail all 4 times, and it said the mailbox is full. I tried calling again on the 9th, went to vm again, box full. I drove to the shop, The manager was wondering around outside. When I asked why they did not answer the phone he said he had no access to the vm box. He also said the part is on order. That was a week ago. I could have gotten the part in a day or two. I left a complaint with Midas Corporate, and they have not gotten back to me.

My husband we into Midas in April for a brake job and and had to come back 5 more times due to squeaking and squishy brakes he eventually had to pay over 1500 dollars only for the same problem to keep occurring he took it to another Midas and they called the first place and recommended a ABS module so feeling ripped off he posted a review and the this shop called stating they wanted to make it right my husband trusted them and left it with them thinking his brakes would finally be fixed he waited 2 weeks for his car back to be told “it going to be the ABS module and it’s not cheap it’ll be about three grand” they literally only fixed the stuff under warranty you know the stuff that clearly was not the problem from a few months ago we are taking this to corporate because say what you want fixing your brakes should not cost 4500 dollars and 4 months worth of repairs
