This shop is great! Most auto repair places feel like it's all a hustle. They say things like, "This is wrong, and you have to fix it now or your car will fall apart., and they offer repairs that add up to $1,000 or more. The guys at this Midas shop are legit, you can tell that they actually care about you, they aren't just parts changers they are car/truck people. I bring all my vehicles here. I can even trust that if need be my daughter or wife can bring a vehicle in the shop won't scare hustle them into spending $$$ for things that don't need done. It's refreshing to see business done right and to be able to build a relationship with a mechanic shop where I can trust the people's word. my experience wasn't good appointment there 9am said come back later that day and I told him no I live more than 8 miles from there I went to Monroe got my oil done

I tend to avoid chains, but someone recommended Midas when I was new to the area and needed state inspection/emissions. I feel comfortable enough to keep coming back. The mechanics are friendly so this is a no brainer, Check out Midas!

GREAT staff & FAST work! Nick (at the front desk) was very helpful in pointing out the difference between what was needed vs what was recommended during a big brake job. Chris (the mechanic) was also very helpful & did a great job with the work... in a timely manor too. I was VERY PLEASED overall and will definitely return for future service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I found this place and chose to go in for the first time based on all of their positive feedback and Google reviews...I'm even reviewing something for the first time because of it hoping my review will be one to help someone out. I had a week left to get my car inspected and they were very good with last minute appointment offerings as well as cancellations (I had something come up and could not make my original appointment.) I actually made an appointment and was seen the next day! They were very kind and explained clearly what needed done to my car and why. Everything was done at a fair price as well (as fair as it can be with everything costing so much nowadays.) There was also no pushy upselling which you'd get at many other places. You can tell they actually care about their customers here and don't scam you at all. At the end of the appointment, he told me that I couldn't get my keys back unless I left a 5 star google review (jokingly) so here I am writing one so he won't keep my keys the next time I go in for an issue! Thanks guys!

The crew at Midas was incredible and very quick getting me out. Mason, the technician who helped me, was able to patch a flat tire saving me a lot of money. Would definitely recommend this place as I will be coming back in the future!

All I can say is that , I'm disappointed ! In the past , I had good experience at Midas . I had a check engine light on so I decided to try them .$ 2466.32 later the check engine light was still on , I pick up the car 3 times , They kept the car for a month .midas told me it was fixed , and the check engine light kept coming on . I took the car to another garage after breaking down and they fixed the car , I feel they miss diagnosis my car. I payed $ 90.00 dollars for the diagnostic check .Catalytic converter replaced and purge sensor changed . Did nothing to solve the problem .

My forever go to for my car! I’m a younger female with very little car knowledge and I know that this location will give me honest trustworthy advice and quality work! Been coming here for years and always had such a wonderful experience and been treated with so much respect. Wow, what phenomenal service I received here today! Everyone that I interacted with was compassionate, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Little did I know that making a last minute appointment to get my state inspection would turn out to be such a great morning!
