Freeman and his crew were wonderful. Made the digital inspection and explained in detail what I needed to get repaired in addition to the annual inspection.and oil change I had requested.. Job well done.!!

Targeted Moore gave the all the information I needed regarding maintenance of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. All staff were very kind and pleasant. The service was extremely quick. I waited in store and I had speedy service. I will return.

I was recently at the Midas shop on Monday 10/28 and as usual received extremely excellent service .It was early morning around 8:10 a.m. There was another customer in the bldg. with me at the time who to say the least was "strange" . Your employees were most professional and I don't know how they didn't throw this highly "strange" customer out he was singing loudly and I do mean loudly and your employees were highly tolerable to this person where I would have atleast have told him to turn his "singing" down but they just smiled and were so kind and I was very much in awe of the employees especially the gentleman who was out front and was so sweet and acted like no big deal .As I said I go here every year at this time and am treated with respect and professionally. These employees are the best and hopefully all who read this go see the Midas Service #401 3390 William Penn High WAY. Thanks guys #401 see you next year.

After 5 months I came to a different Midas which is the one in Monroeville and they found the problem after I went to Penn hills and they told me I needed work done (sway bar links and rear struts ) I didn’t need neither I’m so upset with the one in Penn hills but the one monroeville beautiful job guys and it took about 30 mins vs weeks to figure it out thank you to all the guys at Monroeville today 11/2/24 @ 9:15 am I’ll be coming back you guys will be my first stop every time keep up the great job fellas saved me money and time oh and stress :)

I needed my car inspected before the end of October and my usual Automotive Shop was booked. I decided to try Midas in Wilkins on the recommendation of a friend. I was able to secure an appointment on a Saturday and was very pleased with the service I received. I dropped my car off and went to work. The inspection was done in a timely fashion and very thorough. I received detailed information and pictures of my vehicle. I also received information of suggested services as well. The price of the inspection was reasonable and the Store Manager was very professional and helpful. The bathroom was very clean and the waiting room had refreshments for the customers. I will definitely be back and have told all my friends and family to give this location a try.

This Midas location did a really great job working on my car. They had amazing customer service and completed my oil change in a timely manner. They also had to replace my brakes, which was done really well plus I have lifetime brakes with Midas now!! I will be returning for more service!

They are a rip off! They charge you for jobs that they don't do and then tell you it is your fault when something goes wrong. Noone wants to take responsibility for anything and they just pass you off!

I got an oil change here today. I called this morning and they were able to get me in. The appointment was quick and everyone was nice. Highly recommended!
