I don’t live in Raleigh, but I travel to come here. Everyone here is very professional and the hospitality is top-tier. The prices are reasonable. They don’t overbook themselves so I am always and out quickly. Carlos makes my day.

Hands down best time I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. Michelle and Carlos were so nice and fun, and the owner Wendy is lovely. I had a bad experience at Take 5 a few months ago and I’m so thankful for the mechanics at this location. Very honest, and helpful, and even the other customers were a pleasure :) Never going anywhere else!!

I went in for an appointment on Saturday 11/23/2024 at Midas 3621 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC 27604 for an oil change and tire check. When checking in with the young lady behind the desk I stated to her that I did not want the FULL SYNTHETIC oil change but rather the less expensive option. ‘She’ said that I had to get the FULL SYNTHETIC and I didn’t have an option because that’s what my car calls for. I explained that I’m aware that FULL SYNTHETIC is ‘RECOMMENDED’ but I want the lesser option. She was rude and became argumentative with me on what ‘I’ chose to go with. Sure I’m a female and this car shop will squeeze every dime out of the customer and not give two cares about what the customer is requesting. FULL SYNTHETIC may be what makes the car run for more miles between changes BUT I have a very limited budget to work with. I will not be going back there for any service and I recommend them NOT. So I left there and went to a reputable servicer and requested the same service. The gentleman listened to my request and offered his advice. He said “while I understand your request may I suggest that you continue with the FULL SYNTHETIC oil being that it is recommended for your car (2017 Nissan Altima) and helps it run longer. Because he wasn’t pushy but he was polite I went with his recommendation and I received a discount on the oil change and I also requested new wiper blades and got a discount on them too. So Midas you will not have to worry about me being a customer of yours. I know I’m just one customer and I’m not gonna cause you to go out of business but if your staff keep treating customers the way I was treated you will loose more clientele. I’M JUST SAYING.

Came in for an inspection. Super friendly service. They even made me tea : ) I was in and out in 30 mins. It I did call ahead to make sure they were not busy. Highly recommend this location.

I came across a deal on a synthetic blend oil change at this location, which is my choice of oil for my older Hyundai Sonata. Attendant attempted to upsell me on full synthetic oil. When I politely declined and insisted on the synthetic blend they refused to service my car. Incredible! The man stood up from his chair and said "well then, I bid you a good day sir". What a complete joke. I will never visit a Midas ever again.

Great service, fair pricing, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Mechanics diagnosed and fixed problems that were not found on two visits to a different auto repair shop. I had a great experience here, and this is definitely my auto service place now.

I’ve brought my car here a few times for oil changes, and most recently had them replace my brakes. Carlos at the front desk has been exceptionally helpful and considerate each time. Excellent communication and service.

Gave me a $4,000 bill and fixed everything but the issue I came in for. Came back the next day and got a story about bad oil changes. Even though Midas is the only company to ever do my oil changes and I get them done regularly. Claimed the issue was fixed until I heard the same sounds and had to come back....now the issue (Small whistling sound) is above their talents. Promised to reach out to other mechanics to get me an answer and never did. I'm not even including the time I got a phone call canceling my appointment due to SEVERAL MECHANICS quitting the same week. 10 years and three family cars, I've only been to Midas and now this place has literally traumatized me and my wallet. Never again...

I’ve been going to the same place for 15 years in Durham. And then I came to Midas and Carlos is phenomenal. This place takes care of you. You’re in and out so professional and this is the third visit. I won’t go anywhere else.
