I have been going to this Midas location for years with multiple vehicles. They have always been helpful in terms of saving you from getting unnecessary repairs while finding the best price to fix what ‘needs’ to be fixed. I will continue using them over any other spot unless that changes. Highly Recommended!

My experience at the Midas in Sacramento on Florin Road was phenomenal. I had previously recently had a horrible experience with my dealership, and coming to Midas was a breath of fresh air. I called for a oil change and was told to bring my truck in. I was greeted by the manager Kit. He was very knowledgeable on which oil to use for my truck. My truck was on the rack within ten minutes of arrival and completed in about forty minutes. Thanks Kit for the excellent help and service.

I recently moved from Las Vegas to Sacramento and visited the Midias location at 6308 Florin Rd for an oil change. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. I arrived around 3:15 PM and was instructed to check in, which was different from what I was used to in Vegas but I complied. The employee at the counter, a large African-American man with two braids and a hat, asked for my ID, which I provided. Despite the appealing promotion, this was my first visit to Midias. The employee then claimed he was too large to walk to my car and read the mileage from the license plate, so he asked me to do it. He explained that he couldn’t fit in my Hyundai Elantra due to his size. While I complied with his request, I was taken aback when he told me that I didn’t need an oil change. When I insisted that I did, he became argumentative and rude. I told him I would be writing a review on Google, and he responded, “Ma’am, I really don’t care.” This dismissive attitude was unprofessional and indicative of a broader issue within the establishment. Eventually, he dismissed me with a curt “have a nice day” and stormed off, which was more of a waddling gesture. I had to go elsewhere to get my oil change done without being ridiculed before the service. Management needs to address this issue urgently. This experience was a waste of time, and I will not be returning to Midias. As a popular blogger and new Sacramento resident, I am sharing this experience to inform others and to potentially prompt the business to improve its customer service.

I went into midas for my first time was greeted right away by a manager name kit I believe great customers service I ask him about my car why was is shaking he told me off the bat I need to rotate my tires and he got me in and out in no time now I feel safe on the road thanks kit your the best I highly recommend coming here those guys worked on my car quickly kit you get 5 star plus

KIT SOULIVONG Is a master mechanic and has saved me so much time and hassle. I’ve worked with multiple mechanic shops from mom and pop shops to actual dealerships. Hands down Kit is a better mechanic than most of the mechanics in the Sacramento area. If you need a master mechanic’s opinion or car repairs. Go to no one else but Kit at Midas on Florin Rd.

Came here for an Uber/lyft inspection and got helped by Kit, the manager. The process was easy. Kit was very accommodating and listened and addressed to my concerns of the fee charged. As a driver, you need efficiency when every minute counts. I am glad Kit was there give that efficiency. Thanks Kit.

I showed up for my oil change and was treated very poorly by the staff. The employee with the playboy bunny face tattoo was extremely rude to me in how he ridiculed me for parking in the incorrect space. I immediately left and I advise to not use this location as I have never been treated like this before.
