Excellent service, the manager Moe was friendly and very clear in his communication. Fair pricing, prompt service, and great location? It doesn't get much better or smoother when it comes to getting your car serviced. I'm only sad that I'm moving and won't be able to keep this location as my go-to spot.

I had to take off 4 stars. I found out the last time I took my car in the mechanic broke off my cabin filter door and I wasnt told. I recently got a oil change somewhere else and they noticed the cabin filter door was off. I have spent way to much money earlier this year, at this shop to have issues like this.

Scheduled an appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. Dude at counter was incredibly slow. 20 minutes into waiting, he takes a guy who came in AFTER my arrival because he was picking up. This i don't ubderatand given the length of my wait, arriving early, and my appointment time. Didn't stay for appointment, won't go back, and won't recommend. Sometimes even car service needs good customer service.

I booked an appointment the day before and was able to bring my car in the next day for an oil change and to look at my breaks. I needed new rear brakes and they had me drop off my car the next morning and they were done that afternoon. Moe is very helpful and personable. I would recommend Midas for your car needs

I am grateful for the hilarious signage this Midas puts up. I don't care who complains, please keep the signs coming. It's been a bright spot in my day, and for my family as well. A good laugh helps keep a human engine running smoothly. Thanks, guys.

I noticed my rear tire was completely flat after getting off work. I stopped by Midas to have it examined. Turns out I had a nail, which caused the tire to go flat. Moe was beyond helpful, offering different options and suggestions to solve the problem. He was able to help me out and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Definitely will be recommending to my friends and family

The Midas sign on 16th St in Sac always makes me smile on the way to work. Then I saw a fabulous deal on tires. I called and they got me in the same day. I got a great price and professional service. Definitely recommend this shop!

This mechanic Midas downtown, is only been there for about a year although before the previous owner provided excellent services. I went here for significant in June then I called this service for an alternator, which I quoted with other Midas. Unfortunately, a week later I called them back because my car died. Triple A assistant told me to get to a closer mechanic that the alternator was not working, and I called Midas downtown that was the closes one. Moe told me to bring the car and I reminded him about the fee that was supposed to wave. He took over three hours to fix it and he did not told me about the extra time. I mentioned my dog was very ill at home, and he keep receiving other clients. I also have my other dog with me there. He showed no empathy not accommodation for me and my dog. Even the mechanic that was fixing my car left for lunch, and I was very stuck there not able to go anywhere. I have to call a friend to give the pain medication for my ill dog at home. I reminded him that he was supposed to waive the $170, but he did not want to. He will only fix my car if I agreed to pay, I mentioned that I will do a review and he said that I can leave with my car at that moment he asked, under those circumstances I was forced to signed the extra fee. I left and my car was very bad, could not do left turns, and did significan noise due to belts not placed correctly. I was not able to drive it and came back the next monday. He had it all day, i was not able to work, he fixed and I asked him to waive the $170, he said that he will listen the recordings, and after a while he said that he never mentioned any fee waive... I asked him to listen to this recordings because I was sure he told me that but he did not want to. Overall lack of good service, no empathy, not working with the clients. He really need on his client services and a lot better. Leaving me there with no other choice was poor judgement, I am a senior and he should not treated me like this. Dr Bohart

Dude I love driving by this place because they have the funniest signs .😂😂 The person making these up is a marketing genius, give him a raise . My car check light engine turned on today and this is the place was the first place i thought of bringing my car too because they’re memorable. They are very demure , very mindful . So far they are super genuine :)

I have been going to this Midas since I moved to the Sacramento area (2016). This location has always been amazing to work with! Their services are easy to schedule, and the staff/management is super professional; As a woman, it is important to find a vehicle service location that will be honest and fair, and not try to upsell everything or be taken advantage of. For ANYONE, actually! Thank you, Midas, for the excellent service! Highly recommended.

Midtown Midas on 16th Street in Sacramento has been my go-to auto repair shop for over 8 years! Moe and his whole team are knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I have taken all of my vehicles there and I won't go anywhere else! They take the time to explain everything to me and they make sure that I am safe when I am driving for work or to my family out of town. My children and grandchildren appreciate that I have such a trusted team looking out for me. I was in town for family gathering, when my brakes began to squeal on a Monday night. Tuesday morning I waited outside the shop door until Moe opened up. I explained to Moe that I had a break situation on my four Runner and that I needed to be in Napa by 1 PM somehow someway he fit me in and he made it happen. we were able to make our appointment in Napa as planned. thank you Moe and to your entire team over there at Midas on 16th St. you guys do great work!

Kit and his crew is amazing. I trust him and his crew to work on my car for everything and anything. He is trustworthy and wont take your money just because especially if your a female walking in. If it ain’t broken he wont fix it. Or lie too you about it. He’s honest and he knows a lot about cars.

Went to Midas for a Coolant flush & Full synthetic oil change. The front end person I dealt with was very nice! First time using Midas, I actually went there because they had a funny sign up a couple weeks ago. It made me laugh and think of them when I needed to get the coolant flushed. Price was very reasonable and they didn't pressure me or use scare tactics to get other things done. Which I appreciate. Definitely make an appointment!!

Worst shop i have ever encounter to . I don’t recommend anyone visit this shop for any major issues. I have lost almost 11k$ for engine issues. Within 24 hours of picking up the car from there, car got overheated and stopped in the middle of the road . I towed to the shop . They denied their fault . They want to charge me again 2000$ to only diagnose what the problem is. I towed my car to next auto shop. This new auto shop diagnose my problem without any cost. It was the problem with motor and catalytic converter. This store is good at making up things guys . They are not professional . I have to give up my car after all those expenses.
