Isaiah, the manager was absolutely wonderful. Super helpful in diagnosing my wheel bearing problem and taking care of it. Everyone was super friendly and they even let me use their phone charger lol I will definitely be back for any car service I need

Here for a state inspection. Told to come back at 10 because that’s when inspector would be in. Came back as directed Told the wait was one and a half hours. Just give it to me straight the first time or set me an appointment time

I called to schedule an appointment to get a state inspection. I was told you can’t make appointments. So I called again to be sure the person who does inspections is there because last time I went they hadn’t come in yet and I couldn’t wait. They said to come at 10:00 because that’s when the person who does them comes in. This is the 2nd time I come mind you and told he’s doesn’t come into 11:00? I literally called before I came to confirm. The front desk person was so rude and then told me I couldn’t park where I did. Mind you there isn’t any parking and my family was in the truck waiting. I circled around the building to look for a spot first. Where else should I park? On 281? Or at the convenient store next door? Please let me know or put a sign up on where you would like customers to park.

Service was great! Interaction with the customers was very fun and friendly. I didn’t have an appointment and was told there was a wait time but it ended up being very quick. Got me in and out. Definitely would recommend for car service

We have always come here and gotten great service. However, over the past year it has gotten worse and worse. Today was the final straw. They want to upsell and don’t want to actually do the work. Terrible service and will take my money elsewhere!

Aaron, the man at the front desk that said he was covering for the day, was the most kind man ever. He was very helpful with checking on our car status and updating us. He was kind and informative on the payment options and helped us through the process. Every time I come to Midas, I'm met with honesty and great customer service. Thank you!

Had a fitment problem with a catted j pipe for my jeep, they couldn't get it to seat was the claim, according to the kids that work there now, so the kid(Aaron) on the phone was explaining options which of course will cost more money. This guy talked so slurry and fast I had to tell him to slow down you sound like a tape being fast forwarded. Could not understand the blathering. Called the manufacturer of the product, they said they never had one complaint of this part never fitting ,they wanted to talk to the installer, but it was past this option as I instructed the delinquents at Midas to reinstall the old part back on. So I ended up paying over 300 for nothing. I also had a serpentine belt put on. A Duralast? What in the world? The cheapest junk. That cost 220. Since the departure of Doug the previous owner this place has gone downhill. I never had any problems ,issues, or disappointing outcomes in over 20 years having work done here. I will never return. Overpriced, inexperience, terrible communication, all this adds up to YOU the customer getting screwed. Find another shop people.

Aaron is your guy !!!! Great communication, was super kind and understanding and really goes above and beyond and provides 10/10 customer service! The previous team member messed something up, and Aaron quite literally paid out of pocket to correct the mistakes. This guy better be your first call!

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to obtain information and schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, the individual who answered the phone appeared to have the intention of discouraging business rather than providing assistance.I was also told that regardless of an appointment, you still have to wait 45 min for your vehicle to be serviced.

Second time to bring one of my vehicles here, and Aaron, Derek, and the rest of the staff are just great. Reliable, fast, and communicative - I never once felt in the dark. I don’t often take my cars elsewhere when I need work done, but when I do, I’m grateful to have this Midas location less than five miles from home.

As a automotive technician of 16 years I would recommend avoiding this shop. The tech that aligned my vehicle used what's called a modified spec alignment. This means the tech was too lazy to get the vehicle in spec, and instead manipulates the numbers to make it look as of it's in spec. As a technician, I have access to the specs provided by the manufacturer to align the vehicle within. They didn't account for this and though it would be easy enough to fool me. Once I compared the specs to the manufacturer spec, I brought the vehicle back in to be realigned and has a conversation with the front desk guy about the modified spec. He lied to my face saying that the manufacturer of the alignment machine has its own spec for the alignment. The manufacturer of the machine is Hunter. I called hunters customer support who confirmed that they use the vehicle manufacturers specs. I pulled my keys and requested a refund. This is shady practice, and had I not discovered it my vehicles new tires would have worn out prematurely and the vehicle would not have the proper alignment, causing issues with stability and handling. This vehicle hauls my wife and 2 children around, and the car seats were mounted in the car when it was brought into the shop. So unless they are completely daft, they new they were putting my family in jeopardy.

Used a Groupon for my oil change and they charged me a “shop fee” $14.99 to dispose of the oil. If you add the Groupon fee and the shop fee it’s more than the special with the coupon on their website.
