Waited an hour and a half for them to confirm my same day online appointment request and they never did. Since the website said someone would confirm in 30 minutes I finally called and they said they had no availability. Thanks a lot for wasting time that I could have spent booking this urgent service with someone else. Two thumbs down 👎.

Been coming to this Midas for the last year, and Doug, Wes, Chris, and the entire crew have been nothing but incredible. They’ve been honest, straight forward, and do a great job. I highly recommend.

I've been coming here for my oil changes and they've always treated me good. This last time I had to get front brakes (& I thought) rotors. They've been warning me about my depleting brake pads at my the last 2 oil changes. They said my rotors could wait and my pads would still have the warranty. It comes time to pay for my services and I forgot my money at home. They held my D.L for ransom :-) while I drove home to get my money. They don't try to oversell services that aren't needed! I love this place!! **So I drained my car battery & got a jump.. 2 days later my car is slow to start. So I go to "An Auto Parts Store" for a free battery check. This (unnamed store) said it's 100%. NOT my battery & gave me a print out of how much a Starter & an Alternator would cost. Single mom in disability with a fixed income, I was stressing about how to afford it for 5 days. So I come to my RELIABLE & HONEST MIDAS ON WATSON RD, they have a device that will check my battery, alternator & starter FOR FREE! It was 100% a BAD BATTERY. The mechanic had EVERY opportunity to tell me only a mechanic could change my battery, but instead he was HONEST & said it can be done at home with the right tools. I'll NEVER go anywhere else!!

Took my Jeep to have some work done. The technicians were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and were courteous while I waited. I am bringing my buick in tomorrow for inspection and emission tests. It is great to find an auto center that you can trust.

Amazing service and prices. Customer friendly staff. Billy helped me fix my brakes, oil change, tire rotation all in 2hrs for very good price. Amazing work. Where as DOBBs ripped me off charging me alot. Didn't expect that. Better go midas Watson for the best service.

Had screw removed from my tire then patched. Made an appointment and got in quickly, didn't have to wait long for service. There's candy and coffee while you wait. Happy regular customer. UPDATE: NO MORE CANDY

Honest shop with great people. The atmosphere is impeccable. I had three opinions on my car, and one was dishonest, but this shop was one of the two honest ones. They corrected my issues, explained everything in a way I could understand, and provided options at fair prices. The work they did on my car was impeccable—I have no complaints. I cannot thank the technicians enough for their generosity, honesty, and attitude throughout the whole situation. Overall, just great experience. This will be my go-to shop in the future.

Midas has always been my go to place . Over the years I have had a couple vehicles and this is the only place I've gone to. Until Friday, this was the most disappointing experience with the front desk and customer service. A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment to have stuff done to my car. I spoke with two gentlemen the week before. The first guys name started with a D and the other a W. I'll leave the full names out just for some privacy. Both parties confirmed everything with me. The day of my appointment I arrive on time with intentions of having great and respectful service as always. When entering the building I received the worst interaction and experience with the guy whose named started with a " W" and he's very aware of who he is and who I'm referring to . I must of interrupted his breakfast. I go into introduce myself and state why I'm here . I got nothing but DISMISSIVE AND IMPATIENT attitude. I had to repeat my name over 7 times. He made it seem like I was the problem. Note : if you would have taken the time to do your job the first time behind that front desk and scheduled my appointment like you were supposed to over the phone . Maybe you wouldn't had to scramble up an appointment for me the day of my arrival. It was obvious you were upset and frustrated and you couldn't even hide your emotions or judging by your character , you probably just didn't care enough to at least try to disguise your emotions. You were not one bit of PROFESSIONAL. On top of that, even after confirming with you over three times for my appointment. You drew me up an estimate with the wrong information and when I looked over the estimate and informed you it was incorrect. You wanna crumble it up and throw it aggressively. Intense interaction must I had. Very uncomfortable. Fast forward, two different gentleman confirmed with me they would have an estimate for me regarding the service I needed to have for my vehicle. The front desk person seemed so bothered by me that he didn't even take the time to draw me a different estimate. Which is very much part of your job Sir. Your going to let your attitute and whatever else you were dealing with get in the way of providing service. You shouldn't treat people like that who have nothing to do with your personal life. Its intolerable and unacceptable. One last thing to note , I did notice that when it was just me and the front desk person( W) in the lobby during opening. His attitude was disappointing I'll just say. But when other people starting come in his attitude completely changed. It was almost as if he saw a new day and started being chipper and all of a sudden friendly with everyone else. HMM.... Won't be back, nothing against the mechanics working on my car . They did a splendid job ! Sometimes that one person can make your company look rotten.

Edit(5 star down to 2): Bryan no longer works at Midas and there are all new people at this particular location. I brought my car in to replace the battery and they forgot to put the battery cover back on my car which left it completely exposed to rain/hail, etc (with my hood down you can see/touch the battery) and they originally told me I don't need that piece, they didn't have it, couldn't replace it, etc. I had to call multiple times and go back in to show them in order for them to finally realize they DID need to replace the missing piece. I still had to call multiple times to find out if they finally ordered it and when the part arrived because they never called with any updates - This still took weeks. I no longer trust them with my car and I have moved on to go somewhere else. (5 stars 2 years ago): I have a 2001 Rav4 and needless to say it has been around the block. ;) Bryan fixed problems that I had for years that nobody else could in ONE shot. He always takes the time to figure out my non-mechanic description of a problem and nails it EVERY SINGLE TIME. He even finds the issue that I forgot to mention, things I didn't even realize were fixable, AND things I would never have known! He is the reason my 20yr old "Ride or Die" car is still goin' strong, and I can't thank you enough!!!

I have come to this Midas twice and had excellent experiences both times. The first time was to get my truck emissions approval so I could get plates. This truck is used and had some issues passing the test but the team at Midas went above and beyond getting me passed so I could get my plates. While I was there they noticed a squeak in my front struts and offered to fix it for a reasonable price. I checked with a few other shops around town and none of them offered as decent a price on anything resembling a reasonable schedule. I brought the truck back a few months later and they honored their original quote and replaced the struts the very next day. Great service, honest pricing, honest people. I'll be bringing my vehicles here any time they need work for the foreseeable future.

I highly recommend Midas on Watson. They are always very professional, friendly, and helpful when it comes to any issues I may face with my vehicle. They recently replaced the Shocks on my vehicle and did everything possible to ensure it was done properly.
