It’s my 4th time at this location of Midas now between the 2 cars we have and the team has been phenomenal. I gave this Midas a try since it’s so close to my house and I see great reviews. They are above and beyond my expectations. First of, they are very reliable, professional and has possitive human touch in communications. I had my car serviced there for oil change, windshield sprinklers fix and airbag spring clock change. They do it all. One time, before we had to leave town right before Thanksgiving, one tire had a nail in it and leaking, they are the only place that is available and said they would take care of us 🥹 and they did plug our tire within an hour at zero cost! Forever grateful and rare these days. Highly recommend this place.

Horrible experience. Too many mishaps to explain. But I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. What I got was a free oil change, no tire rotation and I had to dry out my own car because they were courteous enough to not close my sunroof. And not call me to tell me my car was ready, but they did call me to try and sell me tires. I still have those tires and that was a year ago bc I only drive 1,000 miles a year. And my tires are only 3 years old. Back to the service I received…I wanted to pay for my oil change and tire rotation. Because I wanted my car’s maintenance to be done with. But I just got an email from Midas saying that my last oil change was 3/2023 so that “free oil change” I was given on 3/2024…wasn’t entered into their computer? 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m trying to figure it out with the corporate office in Florida. Good luck if you take your car here, nice employees doesn’t mean quality work. In fact it doesn’t mean any work was done at all. Be sure to mark your tires and your old oil filter, trust me, Google it…while your at it look up how to change your own air filter, it’s extremely simple. P.S. The oil filter from the previous oil change that was done at Midas on 3/2023 almost fell off…good thing I noticed oil all over our newly repaved driveway! I screw it back on myself. And incase anyone cares I drive a 2019 Mazda Cx3 GT AWD w 41,000 miles. I would have changed the oil myself but it’s under an extended warranty from Mazda, so it needs to have the oil changes logged into the “system” to keep my warranty valid. But who cares about that if they’re nice right.

I have had two bad encounters with this shop, One time I went to get an inspection on my vehicle and they told me I needed a whole new transmission I only needed my fluid changed. The next time I use them was a couple years later recently I went to get my transmission fluid changed again in good faith Despite this. They put a drop Of transmission fluid on the bottom of my vehicle stagging a transmission leak, charged me more than they quoted me Saying it was seven hours of labor!! I took it to another shop to have my transmission Inspected, they said they could not tell that the fluid has ever been changed!! So two times they were crooks to me one saying I needed a new transmission, And the second time acting like they did a service they never did.

My family and I were traveling and had a break issue with our vehicle. We were close to this Midas and the lady there was super kind and nice. She kept us informed on everything they were doing to find out what was wrong with the car. After they found out what was wrong and told us it was going to be a while before it was fixed, she recommended a good place to eat right across the road. They were very busy with scheduled appointments and still managed get our vehicle fixed and us back on the road in 3 1/2 hours.

They were great working on my car today. Fixed what needed fixed and didn’t try to sell me anything else that wasn’t needed. My car has 150,000 miles and is running great after new brakes and a tune up.

I came in with a broken skid plate on my sedan and asked them if they could put it back up under my car and not only did they do it fast and with high quality, the man at the desk did not even charge me! Great service, great place, great people!

I was quoted a price from another shop to do some work and decided to check out midas and I'm glad I did . They saved me hundreds and I have lifetime warranties on the parts they used. I will always bring my cars here. The lady was awesome I believe her ne was Alicia if not I'll correct it but she was awesome. Life long customer for sure. Thank you guys and gals

I went to the midas at on 11th street here in Tulsa Oklahoma. They were very informative in giving friendly and much need suggestions. I have visit this location on numerous times and they always do as good mechanics do, they do a great job. Thx Midas! 11/11/24. I had to add another review. If you are in the Tulsa area or the outskirts of the city, the 11th Street shop is the best so far I went to concerning Midas. All who are there are really good at what they do to service you. But one that stood out to me was Alicia at this location. Very friendly and informative. And goes up and beyond to get you wants needed. And takes time with you to explain it. I love that and gets the employee of the day from me. Lol. Thx Midas.

The online appointment scheduling was very nice this help cut down on wait times which might be typical at a lot of auto-related establishments. I came in with an issue related to one of my tires, service was fast and they fixed my issues. Overall a positive experience.

Wow- very professional, very helpful. I was stranded in Oklahoma and they made time for me on a busy Saturday. They are friendly, honest, kind people who helped me out of a very hard car situation. When the problem turned out to be a bigger engine problem, they didn't charge me. The mechanic is so knowledgeable and I felt truly had my best interest as well as the owner/manager. You can trust these guys- 5/5.

This is my go to shop for not only oil changes, but other mechanical needs as well. Fair prices and good workmanship, in addition to Alicia the manager being the absolute sweetest thing. In fact everyone who works here has always been very courteous and considerate.

My tires have been losing air for two weeks so I called set up a time to get them checked out. Once I arrived customer service was responsive and quick! They were able to make the repair and I was out in less than 30min. Great service!
