I was quoted a price from another shop to do some work and decided to check out midas and I'm glad I did . They saved me hundreds and I have lifetime warranties on the parts they used. I will always bring my cars here. The lady was awesome I believe her ne was Alicia if not I'll correct it but she was awesome. Life long customer for sure. Thank you guys and gals

I went to the midas at on 11th street here in Tulsa Oklahoma. They were very informative in giving friendly and much need suggestions. I have visit this location on numerous times and they always do as good mechanics do, they do a great job. Thx Midas! 11/11/24. I had to add another review. If you are in the Tulsa area or the outskirts of the city, the 11th Street shop is the best so far I went to concerning Midas. All who are there are really good at what they do to service you. But one that stood out to me was Alicia at this location. Very friendly and informative. And goes up and beyond to get you wants needed. And takes time with you to explain it. I love that and gets the employee of the day from me. Lol. Thx Midas.

I came in with a broken skid plate on my sedan and asked them if they could put it back up under my car and not only did they do it fast and with high quality, the man at the desk did not even charge me! Great service, great place, great people!

Sean and Jayden took such good care of us, they repaired my tired during oil change and saved me from a sure to be flat. Customer service was 12/10. The online appointment scheduling was very nice this help cut down on wait times which might be typical at a lot of auto-related establishments. I came in with an issue related to one of my tires, service was fast and they fixed my issues. Overall a positive experience.

Wow- very professional, very helpful. I was stranded in Oklahoma and they made time for me on a busy Saturday. They are friendly, honest, kind people who helped me out of a very hard car situation. When the problem turned out to be a bigger engine problem, they didn't charge me. The mechanic is so knowledgeable and I felt truly had my best interest as well as the owner/manager. You can trust these guys- 5/5.

This is my go to shop for not only oil changes, but other mechanical needs as well. Fair prices and good workmanship, in addition to Alicia the manager being the absolute sweetest thing. In fact everyone who works here has always been very courteous and considerate.

Very professional, reasonable pricing, honest employees. I had several issues going on with my car from needing an oil change, break replacements, and tires. Sean was very knowledgeable and kind; he helped me make the best decision financially and also got everything taken care of the same day. Highly recommend this place!

Alicia is so friendly and she tells it like it is. She will answer your questions and make you feel at home. Kids are welcome. They have crayons and coloring books out for them and a couple toy cars.

I had an absolutely MISERABLE time at this Midas and I wouldn't recommend that anyone bring their vehicle here. I brought my car in for an AC diagnostic because my compressor wasn't powering on. They finished the diagnostic process and told me that I needed a COMPLETE AC system replacement to get my car cool again. They quoted me $1700 to replace the compressor or $2000 to do the entire system with a warranty. I took my car to another mechanic on the same day and the issue was that I had a loose wire behind the dash. Yikes. What would have happened if I forked over the $2000 for them to replace the ENTIRE AC system and it still wouldn't power on because it had a loose wire? Would they have owned up to their mistake and made it right? Doubtful. What did they even do during the diagnostic? I felt like I paid $40 for Midas to up-sell me on a $2000 service that I didn't need. I let it go for about a week, but then decided to call about getting my money back for the shifty service that I received. I was greeted by a "new" assistant manager to the facility who had only been there for 10 days or so. He agreed that I needed a refund on my services and told me he'd call back later that evening to begin the process of getting me my money back. That phone call never came. I called back the next day and spoke to the general manager herself this time. She informed me that the only thing she could do was give me store credit for my next car service at Midas. Why on EARTH would I want to come back here for another shady attempt at ripping me off? Are you nuts? Also, why wouldn't you be able to process a refund? Corporate seemed to disagree as well. Very crooked business practices and I wouldn't expect an honest answer from people like this about your car. ~~~STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!~~~

I am so absolutely grateful for Midas on 11th street! I have had a squeaky AC belt for months and many many miles after getting it replaced in California. Alicia was wonderful, kind and extremely accommodating to get me in right away so that they could diagnose the issue and get it fixed within a few minutes! I was recommended here by my dad who had amazing success with their help as well and I highly recommend them as well for their expertise, care and speedy service. Check them out!

I have been search for a mechanic shop for my car her name is Beep Beep…they did the visual check up on her and explained everything that’s going on with her to me TWICE so we could make sure I understood it all. My tires have been losing air for two weeks so I called set up a time to get them checked out. Once I arrived customer service was responsive and quick! They were able to make the repair and I was out in less than 30min. Great service!

I take my car too fixing my car because have the noise and I pay 3000 dollars and still listen the noise and no fixing the problem and now my car have more problems and lose tings and the car not take any more hire because is not goo

Just moved back to Tulsa after 9 yrs due to divorce. Check engine light came on in my car and after my son in law checked the oil he told me it needed an oil change badly! I read reviews here and called this location. Alicia was a God send. She explained everything, sent pics of my other filters and helped me every step of the way. The whole business was courteous, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely let them service my car in the future and highly recommend them to others. Again Alicia was awesome!!!

Way over priced for half way done work they charged $700 for 4 foot of brake line and didn't even bleed the brakes I will never refer a single person to this place
