My daughter towed her car in after it stalled on the highway. They diagnosed a bad valve cover gasket, bad spark plugs, bad spark plug coils—all this for over $2K. They charged $250 for each coil, a Duralast coil, that is normally $99 at Auto Zone. Since they were so pricey, we only opted to replace the main one causing a misfire. The car worked, but the check engine light was still on. They said we needed to replace the other coils. We took it home, bought coils ourselves, and replaced them. The problem still occurred. After further inspection, we found missing bolts, and the biggest thing was that the fuel pressure regulator WAS LEFT DISCONNECTED and hidden under a piece of rubber. This was something they either forgot or intentionally left disconnected. It caused all sorts of problems as the incorrect fuel was being sent to the injectors. Once we plugged it back in, everything worked again. I assume the coils were ok all along; they just needed cleaning up after the oil leak from the bad gasket. Overall, we are very disappointed for the overcharge and the bad job they did, as well as leaving us questioning their morals and ethics in regards to car repair. I will not be going here again, and do not recommend.

I absolutely love this location - it's the only place I will take my car for maintenance or repairs. I recommend the Peoria location to anyone in need of simple maintenance (Oil Changes, Tune-Ups, Brakes, etc.) or full blown repairs (Tie Rods, CV Axles, Water Pumps, Fuel Pumps, etc.). Teece is my *favorite* on the service team, he's the only one who works on my car.

We came in for a pre purchase inspection on a used car we were looking to buy. Both Bobby and Justin were excellent and very knowledgeable. They were able to provide service on a busy Saturday and provided us with valuable information to guide our decision with purchasing a used car. We were able to speak to the current condition of the vehicle to negotiate a reasonable price with a dealership. Their honesty was much appreciated! I highly recommend these guys, and I am glad to have found a place I feel safe and confident in visiting again.
