Got an oil change on Saturday & drove up and parked car. Got in car on Sunday & low oil light came on, had to purchase 5 quarts of oil to put in car. Spoke with Midas this morning & all they want to do is reimburse me for the oil I bought; nothing in reference to what happened

This was my second time using this location for my oil change. I arrived prior to opening so I was waiting in my car. The gentleman who opened acknowledged me while in my car as I was talking on the phone. The service was quick and completed within 1 hour and about 20 minutes. The only challenge I had was the temp in the waiting area. Today was an extremely cold day and the temps int waiting area was pretty cold. I realize the temps maybe colder because of garage area, however if I may make a suggestion and maybe offer a coffee station to aid in some warmth while waiting for your car to be finished especially if you have a quick repair like I did today.

Honesty is the best policy and I truly feel like my experience here was better than any shop I've ever been too. Everyone was respectful of time, polite and honest with me about my car and what work needed to be done. Dennis is an amazing mechanic, got my car running smoother and didn't try and up charge me. The manager, Bianne, was amazing at allowing me to take my time and offered me a diagnosis first to see whats actually going on with my car and not just ripping me off. Overall I was throughly impressed with my customer service here. I am definitely coming back to see Dennis with my car. Thank you!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My car failed the annual safety inspection for exhaust issues. The mechanic got to my car promptly and identified the issue within minutes. The office staff worked to provide multiple solutions to work within budgets.

I went to this location because I had dealt with Midas at a different location but they had recently closed down, so I went to the nearest other Midas location because I was getting same exact thing done from last time and knew it was a 2hr job, but was finished in less than a hour and a half! So I told lady at counter what the deal was I had it done at other location so I know it should be around 2hrs labor cost, after I left I received a phone call that all the bolts were stripped or rounded she stated 9 bolts, I stated to her only Midas has worked on exhaust she said well it was a different location. That would have been fine if she would’ve remembered to hang the phone up when we finished the conversation she didn’t so I heard her tell the technician well we can go with it now, I got it up to 4hrs labor cost up from the 2 which is an extra 180x2 360+ taxes, so I was only around the corner picking my daughter up from school, I told her I was coming but after hearing her statement o went back in 25 minutes and all bolts were already removed, I must say the young mechanic was honest I said she said 9 bolts were messed up he say no because 2 were missing and only 2 may have been bad! Only reason I left it was because I had it towed there the day before I would never use this location ever that’s me being honest! Stay away and find a different company! Ps: only good then go can say was the work was performed! But to up charge and brag to others that you got 4hrs out of it is diabolical! Jon bolt on converter, no welding just bolts! 670 with military discount!

Amazing customer service. Drive in from TX, gas tank was leaking, they pulled it right in to see why the issue was and provided an estimate. Very accommodating and will be back. Thank you to the entire Midas Woodbridge team!!!!

If i could give 0 stars. I would. 5hrs +$480 wasted. Plus more.... pathetic. Just pathetic Where should i start ? 🤔 I will preface by saying Emily was awesome and atleast treated me like a human whereas the other lady whatever her name was , is the reason why i am writing the review. On Friday i went to Midas for state inspection they said my tire was missing a lug nut. Also they said my cars valve ball joint was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. So i was initially quoted a price of $345. But they changed it to $486 with 3.5% convenience fee which is odd but it is what it is inflation and a business needs to make a buck too . I was very patient with the midas team i walked in at 1.30pm even Emily said you are lucky we are not busy and we should have you out by 3.30 pm . I took of from work so it is what it is. One thing added to the other 4 and a half hours later i was told i am done . Upon the return of my car i saw battery light sign on my car which wasn't there when i gave them my car. I was told connector broke something to do with alternator. I believe that they might have fiddled with the alternator prior to giving my car back. My car was totally fine. And magically after giving it back. The alternator is messed up... no.. scam. I called them back since it was 6 pm and told them about the battery sign. They told me to come back next day and they will take a look at it. So i brought my car to them next day at 9.30 am the same awesome Emily didn't even greet me and said we will have you out shortly without acknowledging me the human touch from yesterday was gone. After checking it.... they were telling me it would cost $890 to fix...Before they laid hands on my car alternator was fine even the multipoint inspection Vavoline did 2 months ago they said nothing about alternator being faulty but as soon as they had my car, alternator is no good. She was trying to get me on a payment plan. Said no. She kept pushing. That made it seem even more suspicious about the "magically broken alternator " because they wanted to extract more $ from me. After that. The amount of rudness and weirdness occured.... baffled. Just makes it seem more suspicious of the "broken alternator " The thing that irked me the most when i told her i am good and i will just take my car somewhere else i already spent 600 dollars yesterday she has the audacity of correcting with a shiity attitude " it wasn't 600 dollars it was 486 dollars" well next time i hope you take your car to a mechanic and he/she tells a high price for replacement of a part. They quoted me 890 dollars for replacement of alternator with including Labor. Just an Fyi hope you read this review lady with snobby attitude... I took my car, that YOU GUYS messed up on fixed elsewhere with better service and care.i know this doesn't matter to Midas but you definitely lost a customer .i really don't like writing reviews but this review is dedicated to sassy/robot/snobbylady.
