Found M.A.R.S. on Facebook awhile back and decided to check them out. Not only is it one of the most affordable oil change spots in town, the staff is very friendly and gets the job done quickly. There's no sales pitch or attempts to get you to buy extra things you don't need either. 10/10. I won't go anywhere else anymore.

I dropped off my 2016 Fiat 500x this morning to have a purge valve replaced. The valve was replaced and my car was ready to go before 1pm. Midtown Automotive Repair Specialists charged an extremely fair price and the service was great. I will be back in the future.

Friendly service and easy to get an appointment to have my car looked at. The estimate had a line item for each repair. I feel like it was a fair estimate, and they were not taking advantage of what I don’t know. I approved and paid through the text message. My car is repaired and back on the road. Thank you all so much!

I had to take my vehicle back to them after they replaced some senior in my motor. After I got it back I kept smelling burning oil & when I would speed up it would sound like a fan started blowing on high. But then when I would let off it wouldn't sound like that any more. So I took it back to them. When I called them a week later they said it was something to do with my turbo system. & they was having trouble finding parts. 2 weeks went by same excuse they still couldn't find parts they need to fix it. I ended up having it towed to another repair shop & what was wrong was it was burning oil cause they didn't either put a gasket on my intake covers & they put tape on my Intakes so it could be drove to another repair shop. I'M so glad I had it towed plus the blowing noise is my front bearings Goin out on the front end. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO

Tuve muy mala experiencia, llevé mi auto a reparar a este lugar, al pasar de los días le hice rotación de las llantas y mis llantas estaban llenas de grasa, resulta ser que en este taller me rompieron los cubre polvos de los boot de las llantas delanteras cuando fui no se hicieron responsables del dańo, alegando que así estaban pero se a conciencia que mi auto no es viejo, este comentario que hago es para que se eviten un dolor de cabeza con esta gentuza que solo quiere hacer dinero fácil con los que no saben de mecánica como yo

I had a cv axle go out and these guys had me back driving in just a few days and for not a lot of money. When I was still hearing a noise, they got that looked at and fixed in 10 minutes, no charge! If you're in Tulsa and need someone to work on your car, call these guys. You won't be disappointed!

Only spot i will ever take my car. My engine over heated- didn’t have any idea what was going on. Had it towed to MARS because I knew the actual problem would get taken care of and not just temporarily fixed. They found out the problem was my water pump and some other issues that they took care of for a cheaper price than usual. Also, have the cheapest oil changes in town. Customer service was phenomenal and the customer service rep, Scarlett, was friendly and super nice. Take your car here!

These guys really helped me out in a jam. I was traveling into Tulsa from out of town on July 4th with an engine that was shaking and warning lights popping off. Thankfully they were able to see me, get parts, and fix me up quickly. Super grateful.

Got tired of other shops lying about what was wrong with my car, they were highly recommended. They didn't disappointed at all. Will continue to use them for life, or until they can't help me any further with my vehicles. And the receptionist is stunning and super friendly customer service wise.

Have only done a price quote on replacing engine coil (1) and the quote is over $300 higher than Midas which is right down the street so they definitely don't have the best prices in town

This shop was recommended to me by a friend after I've had numerous bad experiences with other shops and the dealership. Tristan answered the phone when I called and was incredibly friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a quite right away for my rear brakes. I scheduled a few weeks later. They changed my brakes and unfortunately they were still extremely squeaky. I took them back in and they tried to fix the issue. To no avail they still squeaked so I called and they told me to come back in no problem. They warrantied out the brakes they had just put on and put on a brand new set yesterday. I will forever highly recommend this shop to any friends who need car repairs. Not only did they not try to overcharge me by hundreds they are so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the work that comes our of their shop. Incredibly nice to see in this day in age. Thank you so much again! 💓

Very pleased with the work from this shop. Car had a hard shimmy when breaking. We were worried that it was the struts, luckily it was just needing a break job. Honest work and a great price. 5 years ago, a local business, that rhymes with Boberston Schmire, was wanting to charge me twice what I paid here at MARS. It’s great to see a group of young people doing quality, honest at a quality, honest price. I would recommend MARS to everyone. Keep your business local and skip the chain stores, just come here.

I had a great experience with Midtown Auto Repair. Made an appointment about 4 days in advance. Received text reminder the day before. On the day of appointment they promptly got my vehicle checked in. Verified the cost of repair and it was actually lower than what he suggested on the phone. The repair time was exactly what they estimated. Just as I arrived back to ship to get the vehicle they were about to pull it out of the bay. These guys are honest and good at their work. I really enjoy working with midtown on both of my vehicles. They are very helpful in helping you understand whats required of the repair and keeping you in the loop. I would like for them to be more vocal about other issues not just my repair, so I can make the necessary adjustments to my budget to make sure my vehicle is in tip top condition.

I've been contemplating if and how I was going to write this review, So, here goes. I scheduled an alignment on my car for the 8th of September. The customer service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant as well. Here, comes the issue, well the service mechanic came and politely informed me that he couldn't "FULLY" complete the alignment on my car "DUE TO HAVING PROBLEMS." He gave detailed mechanical terminology over the problem and quoted the price that included the labor and parts. The price was $350 - $400 which did not include taxes. Again, I was pleased with the customer service and knowledge of the mechanic. He also explained that they would have to get the part from the warehouse ( guessing theirs) and that it would not take much time for everything to be done. So I left with the printouts of the problem which they were kind to give. However, it just didn't sit right with me. So, I received a second opinion from a well-established facility ( no name mentioned) that has been around since 1898 and has done work on my family's cars for years. I was able to receive my alignment "FULLY" with this entablement. Needless to say, nothing was wrong with my car, which was explained to me as well on the paper that was given to me. Please, get a second opinion - PLEASE!

The 5 star reviews must be from people who have no clue how their vehicle works Or how much parts cost . I've been to this shop a couple of times they did good work but I felt that it was really expensive. Two days ago, I took my f 150 in it Needed a new stirring shaft and rarely springs When I got the Estimate I was stunned they're asking over two grand . I told him to stop, don't do anything Then coming to get my truck. They had already acquired steering shaft. So I Bought that from $420. When I got home, I looked it up online and could have gotten it for less than half of that price. The estimate they gave me listed power steering fluid This truck doesn't use power sharing fluid it's an electrical boosted system. The previous times I took my truck. Here I dealt with a middle-aged gentleman. But handle things well. This time, it was a tattoo up Kid with his earlobes Sliced open that's stretched out with some shower curtain rings stuck it. I don't ever want to deal with anyone younger than 50 anymore. And still, I'm gonna remain suspicious. And I'm certainly never gonna go back to this alleged repair shop. This is an update to my previous review if you read the owners response you'll see that they are portraying me as a strange confused cranky old man . They got the cranky old man part right but I'm not confused at all about being charged over 100% markup on parts they justified this by saying they have a two year warranty I don't care. However they never did address the one issue that caused me to leave the comment in the first place which was a charge of about $ 7.50 for power steering fluid that might seem to be an insignificant amount but this truck has an electric boosted power steering system and does not use fluid . After seeing that it drew everything else on the estimate into question . I took my part with me to encinas automotive on Peoria in Brookside . They installed it in under an hour for $135 they will be getting my business from here on out .
