WORST service... the business number was someone's cellphone and most of the time it was disconnected!! The repairs that needed to be done on vehicle would obviously take a day or two Mike suggested we bring BACK to him and he would have fixed in 15-20 minutes.. Instead of admitting their wrong and shortcomings for what they didn't do to our vehicle, they blamed my parts dept for not getting the parts to them in time which had nothing to do with the time and/or the repairs they have done to our vehicle.. Horrible experience 0 stars.. Mike sits on the phone arguing with the consumer instead of figuring how we can resolve the situation

I can't say enough how helpful and informative Mike and the staff at Midtown Collision is! I brought my wife's car in for a small malfunction with the driver's seat, and they fixed it in no time. Not only was he so understanding, time-wise, but he made the whole process so easy. I will definitely bring my cars here for all collision work and service work in the future, and I highly recommend it for my friends too!

I had some minor damage along the side of my Acura. They did an excellent job fixing not only the damage I brought it in for, but also touching up a number of rock dings and minor scratches around the car. Price was best I was quoted and the quality of the work was amazing. Highly recommend them.
