Edit: Nevermind. Few weeks later, car is blowing hot air again. After having already spent $400+ we got another $200+ quote to "fix it" again, husband spent all day there with my car, and they can't figure out what's wrong. So now I'm out $400+ and still have a non-functional AC during one of the hottest summers I've ever experienced.

Midtown tire pros are an awful self-serving company that misuses Groupon and will take every opportunity to take advantage of vulnerable customers by charging whatever they think they can get away with. Their phony pleasant demeanor salesmanship is nothing more than a front to accomplish this goal. Caveat Emptor Buyer/Customer Be Aware is a must at this location and I strongly recommend people shop first before overpaying. If you agree to their charges before shopping around, you will likely overpay! Pictured are two photos. It was recommended I get a power steering service and I agreed. When I returned home, I checked the power steering fluid, and it appeared exactly the same as before as if nothing was done. I took an eye dropper and began filling the container pictured. I took it back to Midtown tire pros and met with John. This guy I was told was the Manager! Wow! He insisted I was a difficult customer and stated he would not do a thing for me! I got so angry, I raised my fist to a 275 lb. bully, and he got in my face to provoke a fight that I avoided. My sweetheart of 16 years was with me in addition to other witnesses. The second photo shows a leaking axle that I agreed to get fixed on the spot due to the severity. I received a lesser bid from Les Swab unknown to me until I got home. The salesman, Lawrence-- a 29-year veteran from Big-O tires proved to be nothing more than a professional salesman by reassuring me I was getting the best price and service which proved to be false. I am hoping the owner of this shop reads this and contacts me. I have all the documentation he/she will need. There has been a gross mistreatment of a paying customer that is not only reprimandable but should never be tolerated.

Went in for a nail repair in a small SUV. Charged me $400 for 1 basic tire and installment. I have paid this much for 4 tires on this vehicle. Overpriced would rather support another local shop

Great experience twice now at this shop. No appointment both times and needed and oil change. I came by on a busy morning and they worked me in immediately even after recommending I should come back. They have Wi-Fi and I had work to do so no biggie. Technician came out and greeted me and even talked a little smack on my Raiders. Highly recommend coming here for service. Great team and great customer service

This location was previously a Big O tire store. A couple of years ago, I bought a set of tires at Big O, which included lifetime rotations and balancing. I was due to get another rotation and was disappointed to find that Big O had become Midtown Tire Pros, but pleased when they said they would continue to honor all the Big O commitments. in addition, I asked them to look at a loose skid plate on my car that was scraping speed bumps. The car was done in about 90 minutes, including refastening and straightening the skid plate, at no charge! These guys are professional, friendly and quick. i had a great experience and heartily recommend them.

Brought my truck to them after setting an appointment, and paying for my service on Groupon. When I pulled up, I let the tech know about my transmission needing to be serviced, but that I only needed an oil change. After doing the paperwork, and checking in, I get a text 20 minutes later saying they can't put my car in reverse, so they couldn't work on my vehicle. Just for me to go pick it up, and they put it in reverse to get it out of the spot. So why didn't I get my oil change? Also, the tech told me he wouldn't redeem my Groupon until the job was finished, but he did it anyway. Now I can't get a refund, or even a credit back for a service I paid for, but did not receive.

Highly recommended! I showed up unannounced at 4pm with a giant nail in one of my tires. Jon talked me through my options, we aligned on a plan, they did the work, and I drove away about an hour later having spent a fraction of what I would have at the dealership or a less honest shop. Wifi was solid too.

Midtown Tires has helped me significantly more in the past 6 months than all the previous visits when they Big O Tires. I have a much older car now, so they helped me fix the ESC light, brake switch and today another alignment. I bought 4 brand new tires, alignment and oil change when I bought the car in November. 12yrs old Kia Soul needed some work done.

We would like to thank Jon Pepper (the angel) of this tire company that my husband and I met on Friday (5/17/2024). Let me tell you he was the most generous and kind man that we encounter that day, we were in Sacramento for our granddaughter's graduation and our tire was going flat. We pulled into his shop and he said don't worry I'll fix it to where you'll be able to continue your vacation with ease. Jon Pepper (the angel) blessed us to be able to make it to our granddaughter graduation and he also recommend this very good taco place for a good meal too 😀 We just want to say thank you, thank you so much Jon (the angel) for everything, you went above and beyond to help us. Even though the review only allows you to give 5 stars, but we are going to give him 20 stars,☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆, because without is kindness and blessing, we would not have made it to the graduation. Dropped off my flat tire in the morning. I went back on my lunch break and they installed the repaired tire, put my spare back in the trunk, and I paid and was out the door in 10 minutes. The crew were professional but friendly and knowledgeable.

Brian and his team at Midtown tires are truly professional. We picked up a large screw in my passenger front tire on my Porsche during a visit to Sacramento. We were leaving the hotel and the tire pressure sensor showed 19lbs. The valet gave us Midtown tires number. The tire was not repairable. Being all wheel drive both front tires needed to be replaced.. They were able to order tires and had us on the road in less than 2 hours.

I came in 30 minutes before closing with a flat tire, Nicole was the sweetest and helped me get everything settled, and the mechanics had the tire patched in 20 minutes. Will be coming back here for my regular maintenance/service from now on.
