My vehicle was rear ended and John and his team were able to repair the damages in a reasonable amount of time. He and his team were courteous and respectful. I would gladly recommend this shop to others.

had a 2022 CRV and it was perfect the damages on it were a lot but the results were amazing, no flaws or nothing. amazing service. would recommend for anyone looking for any body work done.

I honestly wouldn't recommended this shop to anybody , Very unprofessional on handling business. Had an accident in where my parts needed to be fix and the fix was only done on the exterior. The cost of the repair was about 40% of the cost of the vehicle itself and it still wasn't repaired fully. When I confront the owner John, he's tells me that it maintenance required and not damage from the hit I received from a hit and run. So same parts were left since according to the owner if they have impact the parts still work. Aside from such a poor experience, took me almost 6/7 weeks to get my car back , only to get it back and not be fixed.

My car was vandalized which required a paint job throughout. John was very honest in explaining that the work required wouldn't be showroom perfect as my insurance won't cover the cost for an entire repaint of my car, this meant having to strip thr old paint, sanding, ect. John continued to emphasize this, which I appreciated because he was setting realistic expectations. I assured him I understood. So, I gave him my keys and told him to go ahead and do the job as best as he could. I thought about what he told me and became nervous. However, after waiting a week I got the call that the repair to my car was done and ready for pick up. I nervously pulled up to his lot and to my surprise the paint job that was done was PERFECT! IN MY EYES ANYWAYS! I would definitely recommend Midway Auto Repair. John will be honest and will set realistic expectations, which I appreciated. There are quite a few repair shops around the same location as Midway Auto Repair and I doubt they will set realistic expectations on your repair up front. If that is what you want see John.

Our Jeep was at this location for a while. The whole time it was there staff was always ready to answer all our questions. Customer service was amazing and they are so friendly. I went in thinking our vehicle was a total loss. They went over all the information and once it was ready the vehicle looked amazing. I was so impressed on how great it looked. They really did a great job.

I was optimistic based on the really good reviews this body shop has on google, but unfortunately I did not have the same, good experience. I was rear-ended back in January and was sent here by the other driver's insurance company. They completed my estimate in January and then were not able to get me in for repairs until April. My car was drivable, so I was not too concerned. The communication leading up to the appointment was lacking and I had a tough time reaching anyone to confirm my appointment and then when I did make contact I was asked to bring it in the following week due to staffing issues. I brought in my car and no one was able to give me a timeline as to how long repairs would take even though they did the estimate. I understand the uncertainty, but was also trying to make plans for my week with rides, rental cars and my work schedule. I was told a day later my car was ready to be picked up and when I picked it up parts were replaced, but there was still a dent in the body of my car and the paint on that part of the body was now discolored. They said they'd need more time to fix the body, but I had already returned my rental car and did not have a ride, so I brought my car back to be finished a week later. Again, after a few days of repairs I was told my car was completed and I drove back down to pick it up and there were drips/runs in the dried paint job in which I was told they would need to keep it another day to fix. So in all I had 4 rental cars and drove to/from this body shop 8 times before my car was actually finished. I had to leave work early and get to work late multiple times and wasted a ton of time driving around in traffic. All in all a very frustrating experience. I'm unsure if the rest of my car was even inspected for any other damage. The owner and his sons are very nice people and were accommodating when trying to rectify the issues, but unfortunately I will not be recommending this body shop after my experience.

I got into my first car accident and they made my experience to something that should’ve been super overwhelming to making me feel like everything was going to be okay. They ordered my parts and made sure to order it right away to start on my car as soon as possible. My car was in PRETTY bad shape and they had to order a decent amount of parts. They also were pretty booked up. They still managed to finish my car in less than a month. I was super grateful. The owner is the sweetest and has been in the industry for over 30 years. He knows how to communicate with these insurance companies to get things done. He is so nice and will go out of his way to make you feel like everything is going to be okay. 12/10 Experience and would recommend anyone to this place.
