Motorhome on a Ford truck chassis broke down on our way from MN to TX. They were able to get us in and fix the problem quickly (fortunately, they had the parts in stock). Service department was excellent for us.

Wendal at the parts counter, is terrible. He has terrible customer service, doesn't even acknowledge customers when they come in, and just leaves the customer standing, for someone else to help them. He is rubbing off on Major too, and Major is following in his footsteps. Call parts in, told they will be in will call, two hours later, they still dont have the parts pulled, and my company has done millions of dollars of business there too.

Went there for an oil change they couldn't get me for two and a half to three hours why do they say fast lube don't understand companies was very disappointed

Excellent service and very friendly personnel. I’m out of town and the service engine came on plus oil change and check coolant came on of course all at once while pulling my 5th wheel Called a couple of places and no one will see me because it’s an Diesel engine and no time. Called Midway Ford Truck and they told me to bring it in but no promises of when it will get done. Got there at 10:00 am and my advisor, George took care of me, writhing 10 minutes my truck was in a bay . About 30 minutes later George came to show me the cause of the check engine light. As you all can see a bird has build a nest in my air filter. LOL. Any way I was out of there within 3 hours after all the services were performed. Thank you so much for an excellent services.

If you don’t have a Ford vehicle DON’T waste your time. We have a Chevrolet 3/4 ton pick up. It took 5 hours to complete our job. Parts required 1 oil filter and 6 quarts of synthetic oil. First come, first served I understand, but they advertise quick lube truck service. There was never more than one other person in the waiting area, and most of the time we were alone. The job was done fine, but they told us it would be 2-3 hours which wasn’t quick, but we wanted the oil changed as we are driving cross country.

Kept the our truck for a couple of weeks. We go our truck back, had the same exact problem that we took it in for. They say they will call you back, and they never do. From my experience they do that when they don't have a solution to your problem. Then you just fall through the cracks. I'd recommend Olathe Ford over this place any day.
