Darby is very knowledgeable on cars but it takes him forever to fix them. Not sure if it's a money thing or laziness thing. Only time he returned calls was to ask me for thousands of dollars more in payments. Original parts switched out for generic even tho I paid enough for genuine. In one instance, Darby told me a part needed to be replaced, I said okay but I asked for the original part back and he gave me a part that was definitely not from my car. Since my car was held hostage, I paid, I didn't complain and I got it back after a year.

Looked like a great place, but they never got back to me with a quote after I kept calling them to get the quote. I waited three weeks and had to go to someone else.

Was very friendly and went beyond what I asked for found problems I wasn't aware of very satisfied with work .. being a novice on this car made me feel comfortable and shared his knowledge which I appreciated..will be back😎

Good Place that specializes in restoring old WV bugs, as well as other German cars as Porsches. A lot of history and emblamatic symbols preserved.
