Let me start by saying this. I met one of the companies representatives at CIO 24, super cool dude (Sorry but I forgot your name🫤) I have a 06/98 build 996 that I acquired a few years ago and plan on putting some road-trip miles , possibly Tail of the Dragon this year, and wanted a total refresh/thorough inspection performed and repair or replace any hose, clamp, bolt etc…you get the idea. Fast forward to early January 25. I meet with Brian and Aimee who were the contact people. Brian assured me that they would have one of their 996 specialist go over my car and report his findings. Jose, the awesome tech he is did just that! Brian and I discussed the immediate concerns and the “while we’re in there” suggestions. I believe I spoke to Brian at least a half dozen times and double that with emails. His communication and his flexibility are by far the best I’ve received from ANY automotive industry person since my cat addiction started in 1987! I’m going to simply say that MPC is staffed by the most talented, skilled, experienced folks you can ever hope to deal with! I couldn’t even come close to recommending any other shops around to deal with when your dream car needs some attention that requires a skill set well above your own! Thank you MPC! 😘 Mike Thomas

Amazing experience from start to finish. Just a simple oil change, but obviously with a higher performance vehicle I want to make sure everything is perfect. The owner Andy was outstanding and responsive when I spoke with him, and then Aimee at the shop took great care of me from start to finish. There is no better place to go for both quality and service!

I got my winter tires mounted here a couple of days ago, and everyone here is genuinely nice and professional. The tire storage option is a little bit pricier than other places, but they store the tires in their basement, not in a unknown corporate building or something. I didn't have a repair/maintenance experience with them yet, but once you step in their space, you can see how well it is organized and clean. I would trust them on fixing my car. My new P zero winter tires look great. I just wish I found this shop earlier for my previous Mercedes.

I recently got a European car, and my old car’s mechanic recommended Midwest Performance Cars. I’ve visited a few times and have been really happy with them so far. Their customer service and automotive services are top-notch. They work on a range of performance cars, they do it really well and at reasonable prices. The location is easy to get to, super clean and very well-maintained which left a great first impression. What really sets Midwest Performance Cars apart is their uber-friendly, professional and no-pressure attitude. I always feel like I’m being taken care of... and once I get an estimate on my phone, I can approve or decline the repairs based on my needs and budget. They’re also super responsive, and it’s a nice touch that they offer a complimentary Lyft ride when I drop off my car. I’m happy to take my car there and will do it for the years to come. I scheduled a service appointment for a recently acquired, well maintained 2007 911 that had immobilized itself! Midwest completed a thorough inspection with photos and a detailed explanation of immediate and future service needs. The mechanics were meticulous and all the service team members were professional and just plain nice. Add on top of all that, my car’s issue is resolved and drives like new. Great experience! Will be back for sure!

I've had much work done on my last two cars at Midwest performance. They are exceptional with their service and knowledge. I don't trust anybody with my vehicle as much as I do their technicians. I've been to two of their locations, in the city and in the North shore. Again, exceptional service.

Amazing, thorough service! Had work done for my 2004 car and my 2024 car and they can do it all here. Was really happy with the responsiveness of the service and the convenience of dropping my cars off in the morning and picking up after work.

Hands down MPC is the best place to have your automobile taken care of whether it’s a high-performance automobile or just a car that means a lot to you. These people are top notch techs with rates less than the dealership and experience that’s far better. I’ve been going to MPC for little over a decade. First with my 2006 Cayenne Turbo then with my 2011 Cayenne S. Now I have them taking care of my BMW 135. Just the ides that they send me a full brake down PDF of services including photographs highlighting the before and afters, leaks etc then have me sign off on exactly what is to be done from a menu ranking how necessary each procedure actually is. It makes me feel like I’m part of the team taking care of my car. Worth a visit and an oil change just to test them out. They book up fast but it’s worth the wait (maybe a week) and they put you in an Uber home! Cheers guys see you in the spring.

I've had nothing but good experiences at MPC in Chicago and Westmont. On one occasion they saved me thousands of dollars by confirming that a dealer had incorrectly diagnosed our GTI with crank walk. When we talk on the phone and via text they give specific detail, and take the time to explain it to me carefully, answering all of my questions without making me feel like I'm being an inconvenience. I’ve been taking my A4 here for years. MPC is a trustworthy, detail-oriented, excellent indy shop. I’ve had lots of work done from standard service and tires / alignment to larger jobs like my front suspension. I no longer take my car anywhere else. Prices are competitive yet still expensive. Welcome to German car maintenance. You get what you pay for. MPC’s mechanics are the best and much better than the dealer’s service department. I look forward to bringing my new Audi here. The front office is amazing to work with. Special shoutout to Aimee who used to run this place single-handedly. I’ve enjoyed my interactions with Brian and Lindsey there too. They’re communicative via text, send robust videos from the tech, are available to chat through concerns, and always keep you informed of how work is progressing. They even follow up to make sure big jobs are resolved in full. I couldn’t imagine a better customer experience. I cannot say enough good things about MPC. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest shop, you’ve found the right place!

I had a great experience taking my 911 to MPC. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. Scheduling was easy and work was quick. The techs are very detail-oriented. They even caught a couple issues that the dealership missed several times. Highly recommend!

I haven’t gotten anything done by MPC on my P-car and although I’ve heard good things about the quality of the work performed the lack of transparency in pricing is a huge turn off. The shop does not provide itemized quotes separating labor and price and does not show part numbers on the quotes either. I also found that the they will not install customer provided parts which is bizarre for an Indy service shop. I’ve provided non oem parts to a Porsche dealer and they had no issue installing that on my car and that’s a Porsche dealer we’re speaking of. Pricing appears to be reasonable though and consistent with other shops in the Chicago area.

I took my Audi A7 here for some pretty extensive maintenance work. The customer service is exceptional and they really do quality work. They keep you updated via text or call on the progress of repair and it’s always completed in a reasonable time. I highly recommend this shop for service, only place I’ll take my vehicle.

I have used these guys for both of my 911s and they are awesome! Most recently they went above and beyond and let me pick up my car at 10 pm as the CrowdStrike outage delayed my flight and I needed my car to get home. That demonstrates their first class customer service! I highly recommend them!
