Never had a bad experience in dealing with these folks. Honest people, and reasonable rates. The service manager at the VW dealership even recommended them to me.

Terrible service, I took my car because, according to their specialists, they charged me for a job but my car was worse after I took it out to their workshop and I returned to my warranty and they told me that my car has a fault that they didn't notice and now they want to charge the work that they did not repair I do not recommend it terrible service terrible service they are not professionals they are bad at repairing before taking my car with them I prefer to throw my car in the trash

As always, great service. Very trustworthy and knowledgable people. I almost enjoy my car breaking down. Its nice to have people that i can rely on to help me make the right decisions and know that they do honest work and are reliable. I feel comfortable with their knowledge and appreciate them sharing it and helping me understand what is going on.

I am so happy to have had work done here! Had my timing service done. I am really impressed with service I would 20 outta 10 recommend if you have a volkswagon or audi. I will only have my work done here period!! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!! And I mean it because I was not gonna go under that hood!

Absolutely cannot say enough about how terrible this shop is. I'll start from the top. They never answer the phone. Bret is incompetent. He either doesn't communicate with the mechanics/owner about the cars, or they don't care. He also stole my personal property claiming he cleaned my car. I told him multiple things about my vehicle that he forgot, didn't relay the info, or again, the mechanics/owner just don't care. As for the mechanics, namely Jake, when I asked them about my car running ok after being in their shop for 3 months, not because of parts but because of the car not running for 3 months, he said "who knows, it's a Volkswagen". They are the absolute worst German shop in Tulsa. I'd pay the dealship to work on my car before I bring it back to Migeli's.

Our BMW has sat here for a month! Every week it was a new lie. The “BMW” mechanic was sick, he is back now and starting tomorrow, Oh, he isn’t back yet, he’s still sick but he will be back tomorrow, now he has Covid, he started the car, the car will be done tomorrow, the car will be done Friday, we have started the headlights, etc….!!” This joker has done nothing but lied and our car has NEVER even been started but just sat here for a month!!! I would never recommend this place. Unprofessional, liar of the year award, joke 0 stars!

Went for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. They told me the car was in excellent condition nothing wrong. On the drive home the vehicle was smoking. Pulled into a local mechanic and found massive oil buildup leaking from the valve cover gasket, an undercarriage soaked of old oil, and a broken sunroof. $2000 in repairs. What a horrible experience.

My VW Beetle convertible is my baby. Migellis is the only place that I will let work on her for anything mechanical. They are extremely knowledgeable about VWs and thoroughly explain what needs to be done and what does not. My car is always ready when promised. Making appointments is easy. Prices are reasonable and lower than dealership. Highly recommended.

This is probably the best experience I've had at a repair shop. I bought my wife a BMW, and have never worked on one. These guys did a wonderful job with water pump and window regulator replacement. It was out in a day, and the prices are great. Tell all your friends about this place, because I'm going to!!

After getting a very expensive quote from the dealership for a needed repair on my car a friend recommended Migeli's and I'm thrilled they did. Migeli's did an excellent job at a much more reasonable price. They kept me informed and had the car ready when promised. I would definitely recommend them.

Have been going to them since last year for both of our BMW's. One 5 series and one 3 series. Not only do they give competitive prices but they also caught issues that the dealership missed!! Helps they are only a mile a way from my house too, so I can walk back home easily if needed.

The staff at Migeli’s were very friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke to them about bringing my 2013 Audi Allroad in for an A/C repair estimate since it had stopped working at the beginning of July, and they were very eager to have me come in as soon as possible, which I appreciated very much. However, when I dropped my car off, they said they would take a look at it and then call me later in the day with an estimate- we agreed on this plan, and I waited for them to call me with an estimate. Instead, I received a call from them later in the day letting me know that my car was fixed… I never received a call with an estimate, and was never given the option to approve the repair. Needless to say, I feel like they took advantage of me, and I don’t think I will be going back because of this. Having worked as a mechanic before (albeit in a different capacity) rule number one was always to call with an accurate estimate to give the customer a chance to approve or deny the work to be done. I am left with a pretty bad taste in my mouth, and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
