Jake over @ MJI is the best when it comes to maintenance on your BMW. They did the job very proffesionally and in a timely manner. Also very knowledgeable about the german auto world and has great advice on prevenative maintenance. Per my request they also emailed over all the docs and are very transperent and upfront with their clients 11/10!

Thanks for always creating a safe space for military to bring their overseas European cars to you, which SUCH dealer don’t create that comfort and professionalism. I will miss you because I have moved to another duty station and I did and will continue to Bragg about how awesome you are to everyone at FT Knox to trust in you because you won’t disappoint. Absolute worst. My husband's car broke down two years ago so we saved up alot of money to get it fixed. With that being said we didn't want to put new tires and put alot of money in silly stuff until we knew if the the car was even capable of being fixed. I pay to have it towed here because I didn't want to ask a favor of a family friend who owns a mechanic shop. They call me to tell me the car has a flat tire, some corrosion, and a dead battery (I am not retarded I could have told you that) and they can't tell me anything until I pay $500 for a new battery ( by the way battery is $130 online) I get some charge but that is way over kill. Long story short after my father in law went to put the battery in himself and they wanted charge him for something else we decided to have it towed before we get ripped off anymore. So when a friend of the family went to tow it they said it was the pos over by the dumpster. Of course one tire was flat when the tow driver asked to borrow the air compressor he said your not using my air composer get you own. Worst part is we had it towed and the mechanic shop charged the battery and it's perfectly fine. So they didn't even try to charge the battery they just wanted to charge me for a new one. Save your money, your time, and your dignity. I know they car was in rough shape but this was my whole reason of sending it to them in the first place and if they are too lazy to do it then they should have just refused it to begin with.

I bought a Mini Cooper, took it here. They gave it a look over. Pointed out what i needed to get it running optimally. I have had 3 different services done so far. They exceeded my expectations. Prices are fair, was treated respectfully and given a loaner car. Mike Johns will be my only service center. Very happy patron!

I'm glad I took my Mini here for repairs. The brake caliper seized and cooked the brakes. It turns out the DSC controller and valve gave out. The shop had my car turned around in about 3 days after swapping the controller, the battery and an engine mount that they noticed was cracked. They provided photos of everything and paying was super convenient. It was especially nice that I was able to pick up and drop off my vehicle overnight as I work until late and couldn't make it in during office hours. They even provided a loaner vehicle while I waited! There's a couple more things that need fixing on the Mini at this point(which I didn't ask them to fix) but it's never driven better! I will definitely be using this shop in the future when I run into the next thing that I have money to fix.

Looked for a new place to take my car (a 2017 BMW 740i), after taking it to the BMW dealership. I came to Mike Johns after reading lots of reviews, as I am new to Louisville. I am so glad I did! I just needed an oil change, but I wanted to talk to them about a couple of other issues that had been brought up to me and get their assessment. They were very professional, organized, and clear about what the issues were, how important they were or weren't, and what the cost was going to be, and how long it would take for repairs to be completed. I know this sounds like this is what should happen everywhere lol, but obviously we all know that isn't the case! I will be bringing my car here for the foreseeable future!

I Get majority of my work done on my car here at Mike Jones. The most recent job was an oil change which they've done a good every time. They do good quality work in a timely fashion I would recommend checking them out for sure.

Not pleased at all! I will not disparage this establishment, as I do not believe it would be of any benefit to me! I will say this though, the $1423 dollars I paid for services, I will not do so again! After subpar treatment from an advisor there, (Cameron) I will not return!! I own 3 foreign vehicles, 2020 Mercedes, 300 E 4Matic, 2016 BMW 428 XI convertible and my beloved 2010 Mercedes E350 4matic, which they supposedly worked on! I was excited to have a neighborhood service garage located a couple of miles from Anchorage where I could have my vehicles serviced! I WAS SO VERY WRONG with thinking that! Nope, no sir, I will spend my hard earned pennies elsewhere, where one actually receives the service, that one pays for! 🙏🏽✌🏽

Since I have stopped going to the Mercedes dealership for service - I have been very happy with the staff and work by Mike Johns. In fact - my wife will be taking her car there now as well. I really like how they tell you what they recommend - but only perform the work you approve.

There was no opportunity to actually view the service being performed as opposed to prior visits to the dealership but the service was accomplished for certainly a more reasonable price.

Spectacular shop. Outstanding service. Thoughtful and thoroughly executed. I have my own shop in Austin TX. I know what this kind of service takes...and it is rare. I was passing through with Audi trouble and no tools. They fixed it fast and right. Great communication. Even fixed the wonky hood latch adjustment I had not gotten done yet...without mentioning it...at no additional charge...just because it was needed. These are the guys you need on your team.
