Didn't get service here. But, they really helped me out after I just spent $4200 to get my car out of another shop with more issues than when I put the car in. They were able to tell me exactly what is wrong with the car now and didn't charge me. Not saying it's free for everyone. But, they helped me either way.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I'd give extra stars if I could! We took our van here to be serviced after 2 other places failed to do full inspections and we felt like we were getting ripped off. We were right, but the guys at Mikens took amazing care of us. They took the time they needed to diagnose and be thorough! They were absolutely reasonable with price and made us feel like they were doing everything possible to keep costs reasonable so our van would be safe for traveling! I'll be referring to everyone we know! Now I don't have to feel nervous taking my van for checkup knowing these guys will be honest and will provide excellent service!!! THANK YOU!

Had a wiring issue on my F350 Called ,Jason said they were really busy But drop it off Tuesday and they would look At it when they had time. Tuesday at 3pm it was done ,very reasonable price For a wiring issue. This is the BEST shop in town!! Thank you Jason & Mike

Highly recommend this shop, I have used them for routine service as well as repairs on 3 separate vehicles. They have always been fair and honest with pricing and more importantly they take pride in their work. I dropped my car off for a valve adjustment and was originally quoted $240. They projected my car would be done in 2 days. The next day they called me back to let me know my car was finished and that the price was only $176. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone! Super cool guys and I appreciate their service!

I’ve gotten my car serviced multiple times here. Today my wind shield wiper snapped off and a piece was still stuck onto the hook preventing me from being able to get my new one on. I pulled up and Brad at the front counter helped me with out any hesitation fixing it in the blink of an eye. He is always extremely polite, attentive, thorough and straight forward. He’s very genuine and as long as he works there I’m more than likely to continue going there and recommending others. Thank you!

My experience with Mikens was totally unsatisfactory. It took them an entire week to replace struts and align my car. At a cost of over $1,000, the car was in WORSE CONDITION than when it took it to them. They offered to "try" to correct it for additional estimate of over $1,000. Another shop corrected the important part of the problem for less than $200. Seems Mikens is either incompetent or dishonest (or both). I won't let them touch any of my vehicles again.

These guys are awesome Brad and the crew took really good care of us I felt like they should have charged us more but didn't the car was an inheritance car my daughter's grandma died and she received the car only has 70,000 miles on it and they made sure it was up and running good for us and like I said they didn't charge us an arm and a leg he cared about us will definitely be going back thanks Alyssa and Scott for the referral

I want to thank Mike for putting together a great, knowledgeable bunch of guys. His team was able to take me in right away, they took the time to explain my options, ordered the right part and fixed my ‘57 Chevy within two days. The other places I checked with could not take me for two weeks, and a lot of them won’t work on these old cars. Thank you, Mikens!

The auto shop has done work on my cars in the past and I have been satisfied with the work. But I will never again give my business to Mike again. I was an unfortunate witness to him absolutely tearing into one of his employees. Cursing at him and calling him names. It was VERY unprofessional and uncomfortable. The young man Brad has never been anything but friendly and honest. I sincerely hope that he finds an employer that will treat him with the respect he deserves.

Went in on Thursday, 10 November at08 15 for a scheduled oil change appointment scheduled for between 830 and 9 o’clock, I was told by Brad that they were short people and could I come back Monday morning and they would take care of me I was asked to be there when they opened I was there at 7:30 when they open, At approximately 9 o’clock I went up and asked Brad what the delay was because I only had about 50 minutes left on my oxygen tank. I was told by Brad that I told you you could drop it off or just wait for it. That I guess was my mistake being under the impression that after being delayed on the 10th. that I had an appointment for Monday morning I won’t make that mistake again however a simple I’m sorry for the delay or could we reschedule it again was not offered. They do very good work there, however, I think Brad could use some lessons in customer relations. I have been going to that shop for years, I guess I was just expecting to be treated a little bit better. Maybe because I have been going there for so long he thought nothing of it. I think it boils down to familiarity breeding contempt.

I'm new to Colorado spgs. They checked my engine light. Was a simple fix. Gas cap. There my new repair shop for my Jeep Liberty.
