I arrived in Jupiter excited to leave the Jersey Freeze. When I got here my car had an issue with the battery. I have never needed auto repair down here so I did the most sensible thing and googled it. I started from the top of the list and was told by the first few places “we are very busy and can schedule you in a week or two.” I laughed. I am only here for a few days. I then got to Mikes Auto Repair and a kind woman answered. I explained my dilemma she spoke to Mike and told me “Come right over he said he will take a look.” Eleven minutes later I rolled into an area of car, boat and body shops I had never seen before. I went into the shop told them I was the person that had just called. We laughed at my lack of car knowledge and he came outside. My car was fixed in minutes and Mike and I believe her name is Heather could not have been more kind and helpful. I recommend to anyone with car trouble to call them. I want to thank them both for their kindness and quick service. It just goes to show you that independently owned American businesses are thriving and alive. Thank-You both so much small kindnesses make a big difference in one’s day.

I developed a problem with my Honda Accord. Another Auto Service Center held my car for 4 days. They quoted me a very high price for the service to my car. After 4 days they admitted they were unable to fix my car and told me to bring it to a specialty shop to have part of the world done and then return it to them for completion. I brought the car to Mike’s Auto Repair. He called me twice with a plan of action which he believed would work . He was absolutely correct. He corrected the problem on the same day at a price that was less than a quarter of what I had been quoted. Mike will be my only Auto Service Center from now on. I could not recommend him more highly. Knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and more than reasonable, is how I would describe Mike and Heather. Thanks Mike and Heather we are enjoying our trip to our’s wedding.

Heather and Mike are awesome. Having a bunch of lights go on in your car is never fun, but they made it a pleasant experience from the initial call to picking me up once my car was ready. I highly recommend Mike’s Auto.

I went there this morning My mother's brake lights were on. I didn't know what to do I didn't have an appointment . Mike looked at it he fixed it no charge. I brought the part too. Very nice people I recommend going there I don't give anybody five stars but he deserves five stars.

One truly needs to appreciate a mechanic that answers the phone, has the experience to understand the issue, and quickly fixes the problem himself as he did today with my vehicle. Thank you Mike!

Absolutely horrible experience if you value your vehicle do not go there. I went there for my brakes we're good but the rotors were bad so I pay $400 for brakes and rotors which I'm wondering if I even really needed. Then they went and checked out my car and said my struts and axler bad and gave me an estimate of $2,600. I took my vehicle to another local mechanic and there's nothing wrong with my struts or axle. My oil light is on and will not go off and it wasn't on before I went there so now I'm having to deal with that. The receptionist leaves a lot to be desired attitude and honesty wise. Definitely would not bring your vehicle there.

Heather and Mike with Mike’s Auto in Jupiter are the most compassionate people in mechanic work that I have ever met. They care about you and your situation. They do the best they can do to help. Mike has a real soft spot and will take care of you. My A/C was not always working when I turned it on in my car. Unfortunately, I was originally misdiagnosed from a former mechanic and told it was my control switch. Then, they informed me that the part was not available for purchase. I found the part online and purchased it for $150. I went to Mike’s Auto and he discovered it was the blower and resister. He felt bad that I was misdiagnosed. It ended up costing more than what we thought, due to me being previously misdiagnosed. However, I was thankful and grateful that he was willing to work with me and help me out as much as he possibly could. It sucks that now I am stuck with $150 part that I am unable to return and get my money back on. Heather apologized and was very sympathetic to my situation. It was requested that I leave my car with them all day, but it was worked on and completed before the end of the day. They are also fair and reasonably priced, as well.

A/C suddenly started blowing hot during a 1000 mile+ road trip and I found Mike’s on google. They were incredibly helpful, understanding the sense of urgency etc. They got me on the road in 24 hours with a new compressor that blows ice cold. During the test drive after installation Mike thought the air wasn’t blowing strongly enough and took the initiative to check the cabin air filters which were REALLY dirty. He ordered and installed replacements and the air is noticeably stronger. Outstanding work at at a very fair price for installing an OEM BMW compressor and going above and beyond with the cabin air filters! I cannot recommend Mike’s (and amazing shop manager Heather) highly enough for your car and A/C needs. If I lived in the area he would become my goto mechanic!

I was having an intermittent starting issue with my 2013 KIA and called Mike's Auto to see if they could help. Spoke with Mike directly and then later with Heather - very knowledgeable and professional repair shop. Dropped off my car and they determined the issue, competed the repair and I was back on the road within 2 days! Definitely a positive experience and will be my first to call next time I need help.

If you want to do business with a role model of how to run an auto repair business for long-term success, visit Mike's Auto Repair and A/C at 225 Venus, Jupiter FL. I've used Mike's 3 times, the first 2 for repairs he made and this last time due to an engine failure. In my opinion, Mike and his team went above and beyond to try to find me a motor that would make financial sense on an 8-year-old, high-milage car. When he couldn't, and we decided to "junk" it, Mike allowed the car to stay until it was picked up and one of his guys even helped us push it out for the tow truck. Mike's Auto Repair is not cheap, it's fair. At least in my case, there was zero effort to ever "sell me up" or add on problems that I didn't know I had to increase the bill. In my almost 50 years of car ownership, I personally would work with Mike's over any other auto repair business I've dealt with. Thanks Mike and Team!!

Our Honda Accord has a loose front bumper alignment after a minor accident about two weeks ago. We went to Mikes's Auto Repairs after reading about all of his good reviews. When we realized they don't do auto body work, Mike came out before we left and told us he's willing to help us fix it. Our appreciation for Mike is speechless because he helped us out of his busy schedules without labor charges because my husband is an elderly veteran. Mike only charged us the cost of parts which's very resonable. Mike is such a kind, honest, and a person of integrity. We'll go to Mike for our future auto repairs. We highly recommended Mike to everybody who need a person of integrity and honesty to do their auto repairs. Thanks again Mike.

Sent my daughter there. Car came out worse than when it went in. Kept giving constant check engine light even after being cleared a number of times. Mike making excuses saying she didn't drive it enough even after 300 miles. Took it to another repair shop and everything was fixed under Manufactures warranty for nothing after being charged ove $1500.00 by Mike. The Catalitic Converter was the problem and was replaced at the other shop at no costs. Thanks for charging us over $1500.00 and not fixing it. We "Do Not" recommend Mike's Auto Repair.
