Easily one of the best if not the best shop in waco. i've brought in different vehicles on numerous occasions and have had the pleasure of both Mike and DJ work on them and they are both awesome and very professional.

Horrible experience. Took my 2018 Ford explorer in. I called twice a week for updates and was told it will be done in a week every call. Months and months went by. Lost my job and my house due to my wheels in the shop. He replaced the motor with the wrong motor and blew sensors all over it and again we waited. He had the explorer over a year. When we finally got it back we picked it up along with the replacement motor on a pallet. He refused to fix the car. Cost us over 4,500 our home and my job and nothing to show for. No refund just a car and a motor on a pallet.

I refer Mike's Car Care every opportunity I get because they are very good at what they do. You will be very pleased with their work and the cost is fair pricing and they back it up 100%. As a woman I have to be careful because I have been ripped off by both mechanics and used car salesmen who believe women are naieve. Any way, you won't regret ever having them take care of your vehicle, whether maintenance or repair, they do both for me and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!

Had to have my vehicle towed their ...service was great !!!! he spent the whole day working on my vehicle ..and there was a lot of problems with it, great price, , great service ,real ,real guy!!!!!!?.you got a customer for life......"come to the man who covers your can""and you better believe it he'll take care of you... if I could give him 8 Stars I would , thank you Mike and DJ and Tyrone...

I promise you, you will regret using this business. I PROMISE! His prices are cheap for a reason!!! Took my vehicle here for a new engine and radiator and when i get it back, it leaks oil and antifreeze the day i picked it up. He refuses to believe its leaking but there is oil stains on my driveway now. And the radiator only stays full for 1.5 weeks and i have to fill it back up. Also, everything under the vehicle is coated in FRESH oil. The oil isnt even dark! His response was.....it doesnt leak anymore than any other vehicle on the road.......but really. It does! Never had such a horrible experience with a "mechanic".

Mike saved our butts today, we were in a bind and he gave us immediate service for 8 hours, he only charged us for three, he did great work, he earned 5 Stars today Got us on The road again and we're happy if you go there be sure and check out his six cool race cars and his cat Tyrone also he gave me a keychain and a free koozie, I don't know why this man only has four stars because today he earned five thanks again Mike, customers for life me ,Bert,and our dog Mattie! If you break down in Waco this is the place you want to go if you want to be back on the road

Horrible. Would give zero stars. Doesn't stand behind his work. Had my car for over a year. He said it was fixed, picked it up, and it was not! Took it back. Now, over a year later, we have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed correctly. Paid him $3600. Definitely will be consulting a lawyer. In response to your response...No, we brought it to you to have the timing chain replaced and were told it needed a new head as well. Paid for that work. The clean out of the metal should have been done at the same time as it is very common when a timing chain breaks. Wow!

Had my radiator fixed by them. They were honest about pricing and didn't over charge. They also picked up my car within an hr. Very reasonable priced for the work done. Best part was i only had to wait a day! Will be using their services again.

Mike thought my mother in law wrote a bad Review on his business, which she is phone/computer illiterate and Mike felt the need to get rude. I don’t know any review sites that give out anyone’s phone number that’s giving a review Mike. She was trying to address in person the issue about her car that your business damaged and is taking no accountability for. Instead you wanted to discuss a bad review you thought she wrote. Well, Mike she is currently without a car and thousands of dollars for a car you just put a motor in.

To start it off I paid $1200 for a fuel pump and the car still doesn’t work when I called him about the car he gave me the runaround for a week. This dude is a real scam artist and needs to be shut down. Now he refuse to work on my car and dropping it off at the gas station real professional Mike I wouldn’t refer you to my dog👎

On the Sunday of Memorial weekend the water coolant and thermostat went out of our car. The nice guy from Waco Tow truck said he knew of a place that could get it done on Monday. We’re from out of state and on a road trip. Mike had us back on the road by 1:30. When we got home and spoke to our trusted mechanic he said we were charged a fair price and everything looked good.

They been having my car 3 weeks and keep lying about when it's going to be fixed. I paid them the $1858 and they keep making excuses. They said when they get my transmission in they would start on it but they lied. They got it Wednesday and my car still sitting in the same spot. They said they would be working on it today but they closed. I can't go to school and have to cancel my birthday plans. I would not recommend them.
