I have an older Acura RDX and came here because a Reddit thread recommended them. Super happy I did. They fixed my heating issue and let me know my shocks needed replaced. I sent my quote to a friends mechanic (cousin) and he said everything was legitimate and the pricing fair. Everyone was friendly and honestly the service was so fast. Highly recommend!

I think I reviewed Mike's Foreign Car Service previously but am pleased to offer again. Mike's Foreign Car Service has customer service figured out. They excel at identifying what your needs are and responding to them in a very positive way. I feel like they have great knowledge of car maintenance and repair. I always feel like they exceed my expectations in servicing our cars. I always feel extremely confident leaving their shop.

Brought in a car with an insidious electrical problem. It took a while, but solution was found. This went beyond honesty and persistence, it took careful listening and creative thinking. Gotta say, I am delighted.

Don't waste your time. I go in, and everyone is standing around. Not only rude, but they acted like I was a waste of space. He pulled out his phone and deliberately gave me one star auto mechanics to visit, and THEN he picked up a random book and began pretending to read it. In 34 years, I've never been treated like that.

We have an older German car and we take it to Mike's exclusively. They're one of the few car shops we've dealt with over many years that makes recommendations as if they're working on their own car. They'll tell you what is important short-term, and what may need to be considered long term. Their prices are very fair, and their turnaround time is excellent. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking my Mercedes to Mike’s for quite a while now and I’m so happy to find a mechanic I can trust. He’s always thorough in his explanations, work is completed in a timely manner, and I never feel pressured to complete additional recommended work until it’s needed.

Mike and his team are efficient, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I highly recommend his shop. My parents used to bring their cars to his location on broad street before they moved away and recommended him highly, but we thought his shop had closed. Very glad to see he just moved locations. I had an extremely stressful experience with a prior shop, and my car was towed to his shop after an over a week of frustrating phone calls and no repairs. Mike had our car repaired within 48 hours, at a lower price than I was quoted at the other shop. He gave us a run down of other issues we might anticipate with our car, and what to look out for. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!!

Mike is an excellent mechanic and even better person. He goes above and beyond when explaining what needs fixed and is honest about pricing. Been here twice now and would highly recommend.

For $180 I could have gotten a little more value for my money. Brought my car in because it was pulling to the right under speed. They did a slight adjustment, insisting that it had been within spec and that the alignment was not causing the pull. Took it to the dealership today and they confirmed that although it was within spec, the drive wheels had a matching .5 degree misalignment that was causing the drift. Would not recommend these guys for troubleshooting or for cars with finely tuned specs.

Not good customer service. All I did was give them a call to request a quote for non-OEM installation for them to quickly shut me down and hang up the phone. Pathetic business

Excellent service on short notice. I’m so grateful as I had been traveling out of town for work. Mike found the problem my other go-to repair service missed. Mike’s goes above and beyond to identify other concerns that need attention too.

Everyone at Mike's Foreign Car Service provides friendly, professional service. They repaired our car quickly and when we had a follow up requirement they got the car back in immediately and fixed what was needed so fast we had it back the same day! Mike and his team are the most reliable auto service providers I've ever worked with. I wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else.

Extremely honest, does great work, fair prices, and Mike & Mary Jo were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Living in Cincinnati my whole life, it is a bit nerve-wracking to have to find a reliable mechanic in Columbus who would do me right but I am glad that I visited this shop as it will now be my new go to. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

If you’re reading reviews and considering taking your vehicle here, stop right there. Save yourself the time of considering anywhere else. I’ve taken my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle there, always 5 star service and experience. Upfront, beyond fair pricing with a family owned business who you deal with directly. This is someone who stands by their professional opinion, takes the time to walk you thru every detail and answer any and all questions, provides appropriate estimates and diagnosis without suggesting or pushing you into unnecessary repairs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and never will. Go see Mike, you’ll be happy you did.

We've been going to Mike's for more than a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Mike's as fair as the day is long and an even better mechanic. Our cars are older Volvo's (2001 and 2011) and he does a great job, but we threw an '85 Chevy S-10 at him a bit ago and he helped us get it back on the road. And there's always the pleasure of dealing with his sister who serves as service manager.

Our student son drove to campus and the power steering went out while driving into the parking lot. I searched online and spoke (from home, two hours away) with what I believed to be the best car mechanic candidates. Mike’s was the clear standout! Mike’s was very: responsive, accommodating, thorough, and competitively priced! Our son’s exact comment: “Got the car, it sounds and drives great”. I very highly recommend Mike’s and I will share this experience with the campus FB parents group. My son will also tell his friends. Thank you!!!
