Trustworthy. My car broke down in the city and I took it to the closest mechanic. They easily could have taken advantage of me but they didn't. I ended up paying less than they quoted me and much less than I was expecting.

Extremely honest and efficient auto repair. I will definitely be coming back here. I think I paid less than what I was quoted too. I’m sure that doesn’t always happen but it was a nice surprise for me. I stopped by and showed them what needed to be fixed and it was ready in less than 2 hours. Again, I’m sure that is situational but I was really pleased and able to get back to the smog station before they closed for a recheck.

Called in the morning asking if I could get a quote over the phone regarding my 2006 Acura RSX overheating and leaking coolant. For a coolant leak diagnosis they charged me $150 but if I decided to get repairs done with them, that cost would go towards the parts & labor. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to come by and they said no need, not too busy today please come. Anyways, I already live in the neighborhood so I came by and dropped the car off. Within the next hour they had diagnosed my car (radiator is cracked) and gave me a call if I’d like to proceed with the repair. I did, which cost my $590 total. So it’s around 9am that I called for a quote and now it’s 4pm and they call me telling me my car is finished. Excellent work. Problem fixed. All within the same day. I couldn’t be happier.

Great service, Ping, is wonderful. Check engine light went back on after replacing the PVC value and they inspected it again, cleaned inside, put the value back on and fixed the problem included in the original charge. Reasonable prices and convenient location for the inner sunset and Cole valley neighborhood.

FAKE REVIEWS! Do not waste your time. receptionist fielding calls is ignorant and causes their business to lose money. Work was shoddy and over-priced.

Great work from the mechanics here. Only complaint is that no one speaks English that well. Usually not an issue but I had a list of things I wanted addressed with my truck and only a few of them made it across the language barrier lol. Receptionist speaks worse English than the mechanics so make sure to get a hold of one of the mechanics if you have technical issues to explain.

I got very thorough used car inspection, they identified leaks in the engine and steering rack, noticed broken A/C. Bought the car anyway 😂

Fast, fair and accurate information about my auto repair. My Lexus had the wires chewed by a rodent. This happened once before I took it to the Lexus dealer the fist time $$$$. This time I contacted a local repair shop. Mikes did a great job not too expensive $ and they kept me informed and worked with my insurance company. Overall FIVE Stars.

helped fix a tire pressure sensor issue, fixed inflation on all 4 tires, and checked one of them for nails. Whole experience took 10 minutes, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, offered to do it for $5. Just great.

They are so great! Have had my car repaired multiple times there just this year - from a catalytic converter replacement, water pump fix & just today they patched my tire in less then 10 minutes. Amazing! Thank you!

I've used Mike's Union twice now and I have been extremely pleased with their service. They are very accurate with their cost and time estimates. I think they offer a good value for the money, and I will continue to go to them for service.
