Very helpful and nice. They explain all that is going on with your car so there are no surprises. Unlike the dealership that told me I needed 2 other things that would cost around 1500 more than what I was already going to pay. Mikey's said here is what you need and your car is in good shape. And the best part is their prices are reasonable! Great place!!!

Mikie's is very easy to do business with. I used them once before for a taillight replacement. Went smoothly. I was so impressed I did my tire rotation with them. Set up an appointment because I was going to wait. They finished before I had even completed their excellent coffee.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody. I had a horrible experience with them. I went there to fix my car which was overheating. They asked me to write my name and my phone number and sign this form before doing anything. They checked my car and they said there is a crack in the water outlet and it will cost $99.25 and they will fix it tomorrow. He wrote the cost on the same paper which I signed it earlier. In the next day, they called to tell me that they fixed the car and the cost is $992.5. I said you told me yesterday it is $99.25. I went to their shop and I saw clearly they edited the number that they showed to me yesterday. They added another dot after the number 2 and the cost of repairing the car is now written as $99.2.5 and he said it is $992.5 and he kept the car for 5 days. They also damaged another part in the car while fixing the car. They damaged the serpentine belt tensioner. And they replaced another part that doesn't need to be replaced. They replaced the thermostat. No way, I can drive my car for 50 miles before going to them if the thermostat was not working. The thermostat opens after the car starts and warms up and stays open until the car shuts down. He even refused to give me a copy of that paper i signed earlier and in which the fees are clearly edited. They cheated me and they did cost me too much money.

I had a F-350 down that needed a fuel system replacement. Randy was very helpful and informative. I felt like he was honest. He even came in on a Saturday when they were closed to deliver the vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I'm grateful and beyond impressed with the time Randy spent sharing his knowledge and expertise with me. He got my car in quickly for a major brake/caliper overhaul, as well as a few other repairs for a very reasonable price. My mustang is handling better than it ever has!! I will be a loyal, repeat customer!!

Worst place to tow my car there and I had a breathdelyzer that I told them not to touched it or mess with it due to being by the government and that is was not the issue my car did not start well they cut it in different places instead of unplugging over charge me my power locks dont work not to mention I got. Penalize from life saver for destruction on property cause they cut the breathdelyzer instead of unplugging it and I got charged 1346 dollar that there not making it right I take them to small claims I paid more every time I go up there to try to talk to them there busy I took it to a nother place got told they did not know what they were doing just charging me cause who I work for but what they did when they cut the breathdelyzer totally illegal but won't make it right worst place ever

From the front door to the garage door excellent service the staff was very professional . Latoya at the front desk took care of all the extended warranty work and the shop respected my vehicle just as clean as it was when I dropped it off thanks ... When the part from Mercedes was delayed ( no shocker there ) she called me immediately to let me know of the updated time I wasn’t calling them ( to get updates ) thanks again for the great Job and you have a new repeat customer for life …. Oh but one complaint handle the horrible hold music it’s bad lol

Very trustworthy people! As someone who is military family I really appreciated their values and loyalty as they are military owned I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off I thought I was being treated fairly even though most dealerships and car places treat women poorly and scam them. They were very respectful and I know that if I have any other car issues i’ll be going here in the future indefinitely and I will only be recommending them from here on out. They are super friendly and I highly recommend them!!

As always, another GREAT experience with Mikey's Automotive. This time I spent more time w/ Randy (one of their Service Advisors) who...like Mikey on my first contact/visit w/ them) was super patient and took as much time as I needed to walk and talk me thru the pros and cons of the issues they were finding and the different repair options that I had. Randy clearly had one hell of a good/great grasp on A-Z automotive and was making me feel very confident (again) about me having the level of work done to my 2013 Shelby GT500 that is needed. Which is why I will continue using Mikey's Automotive as well as referring them to anyone I know that needs good, quality work done to their vehicle! Thanks so much as always guys Randy, John and Mikey!!

Do not go as a woman you will be scammed. I had my ac compressor replaced a year ago and now my ac is loud so I called Mikey told me to bring it in since it’s supposed to be under warranty. He had a technician only look at it less than 30 mins and then told me I’m over the miles on my warranty and CHARGED ME $75 to tell me it’s broken. Go elsewhere if you want quality work

Great experience. Dropped my car off for a scheduled time and got it back the next day. Problem was solved and they also addressed a separate issue that I didn’t initially come for. They gave an honest answer and didn’t just try to upsell which I really respected. Will use them again for my automotive needs and will for sure recommend to others!

I trust them to be honest and competent with all needed repairs and expenses. They offer suggestions on upcoming maintenance but say that can wait or this needs to be done soon. On this service, their price was slightly less than the chain places I checked. They got my repair completed quickly and thoroughly- no more death wobble!!! Grateful I have them in my auto repair pocket

Installed a lift kit for me on my Subaru Impreza. Amazingly transparent about cost, timeframe and future planning/ maintenance. Everyone in the shop is friendly and welcoming. The work provided was perfectly done and meticulously cared for by the techs. 100% the best shop I’ve had any work done by. Good job guys 👍🏻 and see you next time.

Mikey’s is a great place, they will walk you through the repairs and explain things in simple terms. I have recommended them to family as well. The only down side I can say is their communication is not always there for car pickup, but I’ve yet to encounter a mechanic that is.

I was greeted with a smile and acknowledgement as soon as I walked in even though the clerks were busy. The repair was completed in one day and even cheaper than estimated. I'm recommending Mikey's to my friends and family that need honest vehicle repair.
