I have been entirely pleased with the service I have received, and especially with the communication about progress and discoveries made while attending to my vehicle. My vehicle is 37 years old, but unlike many other shops, Milex/Mr. T didn't hesitate when I asked them to work on it, & it turned out that the Shop Manager spent several years early in his career becoming an expert on my vehicle ... and that has proven invaluable as the necessary repairs have been sorted out & resolved.

Just had my oil change. The shop also did tire rotation and inspection. They found some issues that no other shop who just do an oil change would do. I appreciate their due diligence and efforts keeping me safe.

Zach was amazing I don’t know a lot about cars, but I knew there was something terribly wrong with mine went in. Got a diagnostics on the car and Zach explained everything to me letting me know the breakdown. What was important what needed to be done it was a relief for me. I give him 1 million stars if I could.

I gave a 1 star because I had to, if it was my choice I would leave negative stars! I paid for a service that was not completed and when I asked for a refund, I was told “no” but they could complete the service. Every time I take my car in, there is a list of “preferred” maintenance to be done. There owner was very arrogant, argumentative and rude! Avoid this place and the rude customer service at all cost. I’d rather buy a brand new car, before I have them work on my current one ever again!

Rear brakes with rotars installed on my car. I can feel the difference. Thank you Matt & Connor. MERCEDES OWNER-- March 22 2024, appointment made to change fluids and wait during servicing. Service was Very slow getting my auto check in and into a bay. Royce Sit in my car 10 min getting it check in ..don't you just need miledge recorded or any critical dash reading before servicing? Why 10 mins? Coupon -$5.00 discount given only mention my b-day but what happen to $48 coupon toward services you sent to me by mail? Change my Oil and brake fluid with Over a 3 hour wait and no free performance check; didn't check tire pressure or anything else MOST SHOPS will automatically do that checking filters, fluids, tire pressure. Didn't reset settings on dash settings, someone mess with my interior lights inside dash inproperly not putting it back. Leak oil resideu & had took it back in. I now after oil change hear scretching noise around belts. Matt what happen to you? When you 1st open this shop I was one of your new customers being treated with more courtesy and since than 2 more times I brought my car in there for service and experience has not been good. Taking it to a dealership here on unless I need minor done or done like brakes. Going to repair servicing that will offer me courtesy transportation or where I am in and out. Wish I could give you a back 5 star rating. 2ND CHANCE---Aug 2024 I had rather not give a -review. Taken in for Ac recharge blowing warm air requested to add refridgerant & check light noise around belt when 1) Expecting to pay $125-175 not $468 . MADE calls to other shop " no leaks " etc to add refrigerant only & none at this price was $468 so you very much over charge me for AC recharge as shown on pay invoice which was vague on how much refrig used, cost labor 45 mins. Etc 2) I didn't get feedback on brake light being out, which most shops will do a visual Free or make recomedations etc 3) before the car went into bay I mention belt noise that stated after previous oil change. "We"ll check it out". Matthew this was my review after getting 2 text from your shop following this visit me. You called me following the last review and asked if I " give your shop another chance". Okay this was it. Thank you and good luck with your business venture. $150-$250 is what expected to pay for this Ac service Not $468. FREE inspection. BRAKE LIGHT LAMP WAS OUT, LOW ON WASHER FLUID but never checked these.. in addition to tires air pressure.

I Was a walk in. Greeted by very friendly associate. My service was completed in the estimated time. As I was waiting, I observed other customers. They got the same attention.The associate listened to the problems and gave estimates and even called a couple of places to find parts needed for the job.

This was my first time taking my vehicle to Milex and it was a great experience. Besides getting my oil change they pointed out items of concern. They listed them in priority so that I can tackle them one at a time.

I have a national winning show car. You just don't trust it to anyone. It's been maintained and updated only one place. Right here at milex. If I trust it you should too. PS.it's undefeated in over 35 shows!
