Dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon, and they exceeded expectations by having it diagnosed and fixed by the following Tuesday. Rates were very reasonable, and they were pleasant and professional in every interaction. Will definitely take my vehicles back there, and refer anyone that asks to them.

Great place and wonderful people working there. I highly recommend Milex. They've worked on a couple of my cars plus very trustworthy- don't take advantage of my 82 yr. old mother-in-law.

Thank so very much you got us in a stalled checking on our brakes in last then a few minutes. Told me that they would be done by 2:00 pm they were finished by 12:30. Gave us a discount and we love the best Milex. We well be back again. Great service provided.

Nice place as car shops go. Could have better furnishings for waiting customers. Men at the desk were attentive and seemed to know cars. After repair work they came and picked me up. Lights were out they fixed and seems good work so far as I have not been out at night. I would return for future maintanance service. They are in a convienient location near, easy walking distance, where I live. Having a car place in the neighborhood is a good thing. 4+ stars, as long as lights stay on.

They got me in same day for a state inspection and went back for service with my work van and was originally quoted around $200 maybe a little more if bearing is not repairable and needs replaced. That’s ok, their second quote barely a week later was for over $1700 trying to upsell me telling me they have to do all these other services and I mine as well do all this other stuff and of course new break pads cus why not the caliper is gonna be off and all kinds of stuff. I’m pretty sure they separated my drivers wheel bearing without authorization and put it back together when I told them no that I was here just for what we discussed - the passenger side. The driver bearing is significantly worse then when I drove it to the shop and had it on the lift at my garage. I needed the passenger one looked at and tried to push me to buy everything but damn near a new axel housing. Still got me in same day for inspection but will go elsewhere repair services now unfortunately.
