Would highly recommend for someone that has been shopping around for an honest and skilled mechanic. I recently had preventative maintenance performed on my vehicle in preparation for a roadtrip to San Antonio. This included an oil change and changing out all of my spark plugs. About 30 miles out from my destination, my car had a flashing check engine light and began shaking a bit. Luckily we could limp along to reach our destination and were able to get to the Military Car Care Center. They fit us right in and found that installation of the spark plugs was done incorrectly and that the other mechanic completely glossed over that the engine housing needed to be replaced. The engine was essentially bouncing around. Not only were they thorough and honest, but the service to replace the spark plugs a second time was cheaper than it had been with the other mechanic. Thank you so much for helping us!

Military Car Care is the only place we’ll take our vehicles for servicing from now on. They are honest, reliable and reasonable! My husband had a belt break on his truck on the way home from work late yesterday evening. I called Military Car Care about a half hour before they closed last night to let them know we’d like to have it towed there, and asked them if they would have time repair it the following day (Saturday.) They assured me they would get to it, and told us to give the keys to their security guard when the tow truck arrived last night. They replaced the broken belt, installed a new water pump and thermostat and replaced the coolant. We picked the truck up about 1:00PM today, fully repaired. It is running like a new one! Thank you, Military Car Care! We will refer everyone we know to come to y’all for all of their car repair needs.

Excellent customer care. Fast, efficient and professional services. Today was my 2nd day here, my 1st time I was referred by a friend who highly recommended this place and now I know why. For both times I have been here, they have been talking car of my car issues immediately even though I had no appointment. They’re honest & transparent in pricing, everything was well explained. REVIEW UPDATE: September 2024 I’ve had my car serviced at many places, but Military Car Care Center stands out as the best by far. As I mentioned before, their customer service is exceptional, they work quickly and efficiently, and, most importantly, they’re incredibly honest. I’ve been bringing my car here for over a year, and their consistency and professionalism have always impressed me. If you're in San Antonio and need car repairs, I highly recommend paying them a visit. For major issues, scheduling an appointment is your best bet, but for smaller fixes, walk-ins work just as well. You won’t be disappointed! Updates 11 OCT 2024: I have been here multiple times for more than a year now and have always received excellent services at a great price. I could give them more than a 5 star if that was a thing. I been to other places before, but this one is the best so far. Keep it up Military Car Care Center.

Have been coming here for several years yo get vehicle inspected. Their process has been wait outside, snd they’ll come out, inspect the vehicle with the driver at the wheel, pass, pay and you’re done and out in 15 minutes. So, after waiting 15 minutes, I called, it rang, the guy at the counter did not pick up. A mechanic walked by and ignored me. Apparently they have a new Manager or Owner whose Customer Service skills suck. Not recommended. Go get your Inspection somewhere else. A ONE is an overly generous rating… should be a minus 10.

I was recommended to this place by my brother after having been quoted over 900.00 to fix my A/C. I am so glad that I came! Was quoted a very reasonable price and was fixed the same day. I received great customer service and I have definitely found my new mechanic!

We have been coming here since it has open in 2019. All my friends and family come here. They are the most honest people I ever known. When it comes to your vehicle, there prices are fair and the work is done in a reasonable time.

The owner Hamid is professional and honest about what or if any repairs needed. I have taken the car there several times not just for a repair but maintenance and up keep. His prices are MORE then fair and when he says it will be done it is and your time matters not like other places that say one day that turns into 3. He could have done costly repairs to my car but before doing so he advised me the cost was more them it's worth, but had am alternative plan less costly and would keep things on the road a little longer. 6 months later and it's still running smooth. High recommended 100 times over.

Wow, first time bringing my truck here, now it runs like it drank a redbull! Very satisfied with the service. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the gentleman thoroughly explained the cost of parts and labor, I had expected to pay so much more for labor after all these years of being overcharged everywhere else. TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, AND RELIABLE. This place does awesome work! I refuse to go anywhere else! This is a father and son garage and they are good. Their prices are fair and I've never had a problem with any work they have done. They take the time to show you what is wrong with your vehicle. I've been ripped off more than once at other shops. Take your business here and have it done correct the first time without a whole list of unnecessary repairs.

He would always call and give me updates on how my car was going with all the parts he kept the receipts to show me. I've been here multiple times. I first came across this amazing Father and Son Auto Care place due to the other amazing reviews on Google. Let me start by saying this is by far the MOST RELIABLE, HONEST, AND TRUSTWORTHY mechanic place I've ever been to! They have always been honest in regards to price, and never have tried to poke my eyes. All my family comes here because of their honest work. I Used military car care to get a water pump replacement a thermostat replacement and a heater hose replacement for my 2006 Buick Rendezvous because it was overheating now there's coolant leaking from one of the hoses the truck still overheats it didn't fix the problem and apparently my water pump wasn't replaced only the propeller on the inside was replaced which was not what I was told when I was charged $910 I'm upset because I've gone back twice to try to get them to fix it because there's still operating symptoms of poor work poor mechanic work but they don't fix it and they tell me to my face that the things will replace properly when clearly they weren't because the car is having the same symptoms I thought they were 25 years in the business and they had a great Google review and that's why I chose them but apparently they pick and choose who they're going to do the good work on because they mess up my Buick Rendezvous worse than it already was and I'm very upset about it Hamid

We had our car done here and we absolutely loved the owner ! He is all about military so it was definitely nice to work with him :) Did the job fast and well! Going there again soon for the other car :)
