Let me start by saying I don't know anything about cars. I was told by a tow truck driver that was trying to help me turn on the car that it was probably the starter. I reached out to this mechanic to replace it. They called me and said that it wasn't the starter and instead it was a loose wire so I ended up paying like 80% less than what I was expecting. Honestly, they could've told me that they changed the starter and I would've have known any better. This is now my new mechanic. They are so honest.

I have been going to Milito's for 2+ years. While the service is fast and people nice, I had to go to another mechanic a week later for the same part (paid $750+ for same job twice essentially). The new mechanic showed us what went wrong - the repair was shoddy and missed a small but key pin, which caused further damage to the axel. This wasn't the first time. After another repair I drove off and there was even more rattling than before because they forgot to screw down parts they removed. Two strikes - I'm done.

helped me out MORE THAN ONCE , best price . they won’t try selling you extra stuff and fix what you need. they’re super helpful and willing to tackle both my problems and they took very good care of me . i’ll definitely be comming back everytime i have any problems with my vehicle in the future

I had been searching for a local auto repair shop for 9+ years. So glad I walked into Milito’s today. I explained the issue with my vehicle and they were attentive, responsive, and had the mechanic expertise. Absolutely coming back. Highly recommend.

My car would not start -- dead battery. Milito Auto fixed the problem on a Saturday so that I could go to a meeting later in the day. Milito is now my car repair service of choice. GREAT FAST SERVICE !! My dealer Fox Ford was too busy to even answer my phone call on a Saturday.

Went in for an oil leak and they used cheap after market parts. A year later, I had to get the same part fixed again. My new mechanic explained how they used very cheap parts. It was also $300 more expensive at Milito's. I do not recommend.

I had for 1992 truck they told me they do work on them . And till I got transferred to the mechanic and he said they don’t work on those type of old cars only new cars 2000 and up . Good thing I had double checked because I had an appointment and I was curious to call and ask that’s when I found out if na I would of just drove in with a tow an hour of waist of time.

They were extremely friendly, empathetic to the fact that getting a flat tire while having to dash off to a work meeting is frustrating, and they got the tire replaced in the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would ask!

I had a very bad experience here I brought my car over because I had a problem with my AC was they kept on telling me that I needed to be filled with Freon. This was not the case though I explain I need for you to check it not just fill it. He did. It took him nine days for them to do this at the end, they found another issue and they just told me that they couldn’t fix it, Jose was very rude. This is the person who is giving you the estimates for the repairs which also said that he spoke four languages and he was there since 1968. I don’t know me. He was just a big mouth couldn’t get my car fixed.

Militos is the shop close to my work so has taken care a few emergencies for me. They have been great and very fast. Good communication honest with repairs. They also have one of the best car washes in the city. Highly recommend them

I brought my car to replace an expensive part I thought was causing the issue, and Jay Jay pointed me in the right direction for way less, and helped me understand the status of my brakes and rotors. I always look forward to coming back, everyone is friendly and my car always comes back fast.

I recently took my Jeep Wrangler to Milito's for a suspected coolant leak on a Saturday morning. Within an hour, they called me to explain the issue and provided an estimate. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty water pump, promptly replaced it, and had my car ready by 6 PM the same day! The entire process was super smooth and hassle-free. Milito's is the most efficent auto repair shop I have ever been to. They even threw in a free car wash!

Jay Jay is the best! Although they don’t do body work there, Jay Jay helped me negotiate a price to get some body work done at another shop and they did a great job. It was $500-$1000 cheaper than other shops I got quotes from. I’ll definitely be taking my car here for all maintenance work going forward!

I have several cars and will not allow another shop to work on any of them. They do great work, are trustworthy, and every team member is incredibly friendly. Great cutomer service all around. Whether getting gas, routine maintanance, or having an emergency situation pop up...I know JJ and team will get it done right.

Complete scam artists. Had2 wheels stolen off my car on a Saturday night come to drive my car Sunday morning and I have to get it towed to a shop. Almost all mechanics are closed on Sunday within the uptown area. Militos was open so I really had no other choice. Have them order me 2 rims and tires. Charges me $600 per rim and says thats what he gets them for at market price and that he was not making any money off of the rims . After some back and fourth on the phone he offers to give me his suppliers number and actually reveals that he got the rims for about $475 a piece, On top of that, there is a charge on my invoice for 8 locking lug nuts and 2 regular lug nuts (if you know anything about locking lug nuts you know this is completely backwards.) The funniest part is there are zero locking lug nuts on my car at the moment. On top of lying about the price of the tires he also tried to charge my almost double the amount of money that the regular lug nuts I received, should have cost. They will try to charge you almost double what any other reputable shop would charge.

Got new brakes and they squeaked - took them back in and after discussing with them about the cause, they re-did all pads and rotors and were wonderful to work with!

If I could give this place a rating lower than 1 star, I would. Horrible place that scams for parts and wastes your time. They are horrible at communicating and overcharge on diagnostics fees. They should take an ethics test, although they might fail. The mechanics here are incredibly arrogant they determined the part they put on was installed backwards. Not knowledgeable. They are going to say that they have no phone records of my name nor record of car issue to get my review flagged. I already know... SMH

We had a great experience. We had damage to the coolant system and needed to replace the radiator along with coolant pipes. They were very knowledgeable, ordered the parts immediately and turned the car around in less than 48 hours
