I had an exceptional experience with Kiana and Jose at Millenia Auto! From start to finish, they were nothing short of amazing. Their communication was top-notch—they responded almost immediately to every question I had, and made sure I was fully informed throughout the entire process. Both Kiana and Jose went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and taken care of, even with the hiccups from the insurance company. Thank you, Kiana and Jose, and Millenia Auto for the 5-Star Service. Highly Recommend to anyone in the Orlando, Florida area.

Couldn't recommend them more highly. Fantastic work, excellent communication, and professional personnel through and through. Don't take your car anywhere else. So thankful to have come to know them and to be able to trust them with correcting the damage that was done to my vehicle. Car was spotless when they turned it back over to me. I don’t know where to begin. I rarely ever write reviews. But The people,process,and service was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my lifetime. I’m 56 years young. From the day I dropped off my car till,today. Consistent communication on what stages of the process my car was in. Anytime I had any questions. I was always able to get in touch with Kem,and or Kiana. Which is such a comfort. Especially when you go through an auto accident. They did such an excellent job on my car. That when I picked it up,this morning. I drop right past it. Car looks better than new. I would highly and only recommend to any and every one in Central Florida. Millenia Auto Body. Extremely happy with the outcome of the repair. The repair was rather very long, it took almost 2 mos. because they had to wait for separate parts to arrive. Otherwise outcome justified the wait time as they did a great with the repair. Their customer service was also excellent and they did a courtesy service and had my car delivered to my house. Highly recommended.

I just recently had to bring my car in since I did have a minor accident. The service that I received was absolutely amazing, my car looks brand spanking new and I can’t imagine wanting to deal with any other body shop but them. I stopped by the shop today to get a quote on my 2022 black sierra Denali truck for some scratches that occurred during the hurricane from shingles hitting it. Little did I know, Jose and his Detailer were able to take care of it right on the spot! I was extremely happy and thankful for this. Jose was completely honest and straight up with me about the repair. He wasn’t out to make money, but to take care of a customer which is rare these days. I had got a quote the previous day from the dealership for the repair. $3800. Jose fixed my truck on the spot and did not ask or want a penny from me. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repair or detailing. Excellent customer service and shop. Thanks again!
