I had an extremely poor experience with this repair shop. They never proactively communicated; I had to initiate all contact to learn about the next steps for my vehicle. The pricing was inconsistent, changing from the initial quote upon arrival to the final amount when I picked up the car, despite no changes in the required repairs. Due to minor disputes over pricing, they retaliated with inflated quotes and adopted an attitude of “your car is with us; you have no choice but to pay.” This hostile demeanor was evident from the front desk staff to the owner. Not wanting further entanglement, I reluctantly paid the final quoted amount in cash to retrieve my car after a 2 month ordeal. I strongly advise against patronizing this shop; their practices are unethical! If you’ve encountered similar unfair treatment, consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as they don’t deserve their A+ rating. Reply : Please do not use grandiose excuses to mislead the public. I will report your false accusations and distortion of the truth to the relevant authorities. I originally did not intend to disclose more details publicly. As for your suggestion to contact you directly, over the past two months, I have observed how you handle customer concerns—with impatience, yelling, and even telling customers to get out of your office. From the front desk to the owner, everyone seems to behave this way. Each time I visited, I tried to calmly negotiate and resolve the issue, asking why you repeatedly changed the price. And how did you respond? In the end, you admitted that you raised the price simply because I filed a complaint against you. To make matters worse, on the final day when I went to make the payment, the front desk arbitrarily wanted to increase the price again at the last minute.

I have a tesla and this is the only shop I trust to work on my car. My latest trip to the shop was when I hit a trash can with my rear view mirror, tesla couldn’t get me in for a whole month, Millenia Auto shop had the mirror installed in less than 3 days, the whole process lasted less than 45 minutes and way cheaper. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable. Thank you so much Omar and everyone else that takes care of my car like their own.

I have been in contact with a receptionist since the very first of the year first on the phone and then emailing back and forth. She was very nice trying to help me get the information I needed to schedule an appointment to drop my car off to get the body work fixed as I have never had to do this before. I have since have had two unanswered emails from her on what was going on to get my car dropped off and now felt like I have been ghosted after giving the insurance information of what was written. I have given it now two weeks for a response and now will be looking elsewhere for another auto body shop because it seems to be too busy to even get a response back. Was looking forward to finally get my car taken care of but now back to square one of finding another place.

I have been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and customer service of Millenia Auto Body shop. From the first day, we came in to discuss what was needed for my vehicle, we met Mr. Omar, who was very detailed in what would be done to the vehicle. After that, we continued to get updates throughout the time that the repairs were being done. When we picked up the vehicle, everything was ready for us and the car looked spectacular. Very thankful for these guys. The bumper at the side of my driver door all of a sudden started coming apart so I knew I had to get it fixed. It seemed really simple so I didn’t think it would cost that much for my 2012 Camry. I shopped for a quote and the first people said 1600 but would do for 700, I was shocked as I didn’t think it was much to do and don’t have that kind of money as money is tight. I came in to Millenia Auto for a quote just hoping I could get it a little cheaper, Omar took a look at the door bumper and said his guys should be able to fix it up, I asked how much would it cost and he told me they can probably just do it for free. I was shocked and went to wait inside a few minutes later he came with it done and told me to have a nice day. I’m not someone who ever cries but I really could have then. I am very thankful for going in to them for assistance.
