Called ahead because I was having trouble putting my headlight in. They told me in a friendly voice to come on down yeah will help you with that. I simply needed help putting a clip in. I got there and after putting the clip in, they seriously tried to charge me $200 for a 15 minute job. With my help. Do not go here at all absolute scam artists.

Andrew and Frans were so friendly and helpful, they advise you of all that is needed for your vehicle without strong arming you to do it. I will definitely be back and so will my family members. Stay far away from this car repair place. They are fraudulent and will quote you one thing and another issue will arises. We paid over 3000.00 for car and AC repair for them to tell us we now have a blown head gasket. A professional mechanic would have caught this from the beginning. STAY AWAY DO NOT GET NOTHING BUT AIR IN YOUR TIRES From this poorly ran unprofessional corner mechanic. That’s all they’re good for. Now we have go to a dealership to get it professionally fixed. Do not trust the inexperienced little kids mechanics at millennium.

The worst I tell you. Paid 250.00 for 2 bulbs that were out. a white reverse balb and a tiny liscence plate bulb. They made me pay for four bulbs and I only needed two. And charged me a fee to use my American Express Card. While they all fooled around behind the counter laughing and speaking a different language. Just to be purposely rude to me. I'll never return. They are scamming and riping you off because they choose to do business that way. BEWARE Everyone!!

My mom was sold a 2004 Geo Tracker by a con man at her ALR Post, it that had different sizes tires, tape and glue holding things together to make it seem drivable, and of course it worked passed the 6 month lemon law. We needed everything, but still failed emissions for 2 yrs straight while working with bigger chain mechanics like Firestone, and Chevy dealers who came with hefty $$$ and more issues after service! Millennium is a family owned business, they are fair and honest. Whenever they thought the issue was on their end they did work for free. Great and respectable place!! They get busy tho so get there early! I would Recommend this bus to anyone!

I did have an experience with this shop about 2 weeks ago and I filed a dispute with them at first because I thought I was overcharged but as it turns out they paid a premium price for parts due to the lack available, so they passed that cost on to me. They called me today and we worked it out. They did perform quality service and did a great job. I was glad they called me to work out - lesson learned - I should have done the same thing. Sorry Frank!

I have been coming here for years, however my latest experience was not nearly as good as it has been in the past. Normally when I come in, they look up my phone number and pull up my car info before the service. This time, they did no such thing, and the price of the oil change was much higher than normal. I was told it was going to be about $80. Then during the oil change, I was told that they didn’t have the specific oil filter for my car and they had to order a special one. Unsure of how they had it ordered and delivered in 15 minutes but ok? I was also told that because of this it was going to be a little more expensive than usual. It ended up being $40 more and I wasn’t told the exact price until after the service. I don’t know if they changed owners recently but if they did, it shows! 2 stars only because of the positive experiences I’ve had in the past, but unfortunately won’t be returning.

I have never liked mechanics or taking my car to the shop until now! This was a complete shock. I was given an estimate, a length of time, and a phone call to let me know that the car was done on time, on budget and I wasn't left wondering, it was done correctly he did a courtesy check of my fluids, tires, belts, because I was moving out of state in the next few days. 110% satisfied. I will use again. Trust this mechanic.

Millennium Auto took the upmost care of my needs. My car broke down while driving on the freeway, I was able to get off on the next exit luckily. I had taken my car to this place Millennium Auto before under the previous owner. They had taken care of me before I thought I'd take it there again. When I arrived the was new management and his name was Frank. He addressed all my needs and concerns from the start. He diagnosed the problem and how it got there in great detail . Explained some options to choose from. I needed my engine replaced and I didn't want a new one as that costs too much. I was figuring things out because I wanted a remanufactured engine and he was able to allocate one for me after doing some extra digging. Frank explained the process and approximately how long the work would take with detail. In conclusion, I would recommend that anyone who has problems to take their car to millennium Auto. The new management is under great hands. They are very friendly, they do excellent work, and the most importantly they take care of their customers. I will be coming back as I did before as they are the trusty mechanic that everyone needs.

So I didn't have a very positive experience here. I will highlight a few good notes before I dig into why I felt like they fell short. They got me in and out same day for the issue I needed and the day before the 4th. The customer service was not terrible, and they admitted where they made mistakes and fixed it. Now time for the not so great things. Where they fixed mistakes or took fault, there were a few too many for me. That could've potentially cost me hundreds of more dollars. One of which was having some power issues going to the AC which was causing it to run when the car was completely off. It took me over an hour to walk in 111 heat. They quickly fixed it once I got there and said something. But the fact I had just paid almost $500 for my AC to get fixed to come pick it up. Not fully fixed.

This place is a scam! Stay away!!! Liars, rude, aggressive and very incompetent. They put me through hell! They misdiagnosed my car, provided me incorrect cost of repair, they yelled at me, insulted me, triple charged me. They charged me for the parts that I didn’t even need. After one week of going back and forth, a lot of stress, being insulted, missing my work (I drive for Uber), paying over $1000 that was supposed to be $400-450 and they broke my car even more. I ended up going to a different mechanic. Terrible Experience!!!!
