"False Diagnosis and Attempted Overcharge" I brought my car to Miller Auto Care on Bird Road for a brake replacement, but they returned it with two broken sensors—the front left wheel speed sensor and the transmission speed sensor. On top of that, the speedometer stopped working. They quoted me $351 to repair these sensors, even though the brake job was still under warranty, claiming it was a new issue. The next day, I went to another mechanic, who found it was just a loose fuse. Both sensors were fine, confirming that Miller gave me a false diagnosis to charge me more. I won’t be coming back and recommend others stay away from this shop.

Changed my oil here and they put the filter wrong and almost burned my engine. all oil leaked thru the filter. Very upsetting.

Le voy a poner una estrella por que no me deja ponerle menos el customer service fatal el mecánico quiere gritar al cliente cuando el k se equivocó de pieza y cobro de mas fue el y cuando m dice k nones esa pieza k pague en 1200 k es otra pieza se molesta y m trata mal y m dice k si kiero m lleve el camion k es esa falta d profesionalismo ahi uno no llega a pedir ni tampoco le hacen favor asi k hay k tener un poco de empatia.

New compressor for AC poorly installed. Compressor blew out doe to excessive amount of oil. Ruined compressor. $900 total loss. Then they wanted $2700 to fix the problem they created. Stay away from this place. They are dishonest

This may be my second review of any business ever. I have here about 5 or 6 times within about as many years. Always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They are always willing and able to go the extra mile. However, earlier this week, I was in need of some service and am going through hard times. They not only took this into consideration. They went the extra mile and then some. They took care of my needs and treated me as I would only expect family to treat me. They were unexpectedly empathetic to my hard times, and without me even asking for a break, they charged me well below the value of their service. When I asked for what I owed, the gentleman at the counter blew my mind with what he responded with. Without divulging that data on this platform, I can say that these folks have my business for as long as I have a heartbeat. When I stated that the cost was not possible to be that low, he simply replied, "Pay it forward." Miller Auto Care 2, I sincerely thank you.

Wow, so sad ! My wife and I have been coming here for all our oil and tire changes. I spend good money on all their work. I'm not going back ever again cause of their attitude towards other customer's and also ripping me off with their prices. From know on, I'm going to miller and 107 ave. .... They are professional and also took the time to give me an estimate.
