Apparently foreign cars are not their forte I went in to get fluid topped off (over $60 for half quart) only to find out that this man has forced the fluid back into the hole where you fill up, it clearly reading the owner's manual it says it has a plug. This man wasted transmission fluid all down in front of my engine and try to wipe it off, not only that he unplugged my camera inside my car, why did you unplug my camera because you were doing something shady there's no reason for you to unplug the camera on the inside of a car that's getting fluid underneath the hood, yeah I got the fluid that I paid for but at what cost seeing is that all the little plugs and wires in front of my engine are wet now and I know they weren't wet because I look for the plug myself the day before bringing my car in. So you will never get another dime from me nor recommendation because I feel like you don't know what you doing and you should have called me to come and get my vehicle I could have taken it to the dealer where they knew what they were doing instead of forcing it back down the hole where you fill it. I will post pictures. I'm really considering going to the dealer today to find out if you actually pull the plug where you were supposed to to put the fluid in. In the photos you can see where there's transmission fluid wiped off where there's fresh which I know it wasn't there the day before like I said I looked for the plug myself and you filled it through the plug which was wrong

This family owned business. Do all our repairs on all our vehicles. Michelle customer service skills are excellent. Mechanic are fast and friendly.

If your a woman they charge you for fixing a caliber 6 months later had to get it replaced it was never put on I payed for someone’s trip or bills or something I will never recommend this place to a woman

("Sorry") 1 *star . O if it was possible 👎the 1st time of me going there and had my Truck supposedly worked on everything seemed okay. 2nd time I went there , my truck set in same place where I parked it to get serviced and Truck was never touched and never was told WHY🤐.I was "Only "called at the end of the day and told truck was ready "Period" .Got there and Was given keys and I asked what was the amount owed and was told "NO CHARGE" because truck was never touched 🥶 etc.. a Very WEIRD vibe(🧟 👹)🤔 and more Weird things happened I Noticed that I Choose not to Mention or REVIEW !

I think they do a good job on repairing your basic needs, but I think when you start getting into needing transmission or engine repair work they may not be the best one for that job.

3 because the customer service has been good. My car’s problem hasn’t been fixed. I’ve taken it to them twice already and I’m still having the same underlying issue. I don’t want to keep being charged for them to fix things and I keep having the same issue.

Horrible no one is ever there when you call. Its ALWAYS a woman whos says,' im not in the office so i cant access the computer'..But this is ALL DAY she says this..dont believe me ..? Call throughout the day and see for yourself..SMDH

These people do not guarantee their work. They put on a part and it failed just a few months later. They did absolutely nothing to make things right and never followed up with me. DO NOT waste your time or money here.

Poor communication and service. I even hate to give them 1star.. I drop my truck off for a safety inspection &a tune up but never got and accurate response on why the job wasn't done but instead was rush to pickup my truck" 5mins "before they closed and still didn't get the problem resolved. I recommend you guys to go somewhere else .

I have always had good service on my 2 cars from Miller's for the last 6 years going there and I will keep going there. As long as there are supply problems and manpower shortages I will be patient and understanding of how long it takes to fix my vehicles.

Mom disabled mom went here and was told it wasn't gonna pass a safety they said 4to6 hours labor and 1100to1400 so of course while taking the failed parts off they were fine and I also did that same job for. 100in parts and under 2 hours I just felt so bad because I was warned about this shop from a well known mechanic
