Only shop I let work on my vehicles until today took my car to get checked out engine light on they said they would not work on it because it a 4.6 engine all of the old owners have passed away who ever the new person is SUCKS never heard of a mechanic that wouldn't work on a car times are changing Mills automotive no longer exist beware.

Truck came in late Monday with what I thought was lifter failure in my 2018 Silverado, got a phone call Tuesday at 9:30am confirming what was wrong with my truck, gave me the price told me it’d be ready by Friday got a call saying my truck was ready Wednesday! They did a great job and were fast which was important to me as it’s my work truck all the guys I talked to were good honest men I will be coming back for any of my mechanic needs and recommend all my friends and family to them!

Definitely doesn't lie with the slogan! The employees give very good customer service, and highly respect their customers and coworker peers. Would definitely recommend to a friend without a doubt, especially saying that one of the employees, David, definitely works very hard at this job. He even left a little Pikachu for my mom back in 2022 or 2021 on the oil change reminders. Plus, he's been a verified employee for more than time can tell! We always go here for car issues. Only once did we go somewhere else, but that's because Mills Automotive was closed. David definitely knows how to draw Pikachu though! Very cute. :)

I brought my Cadillac ATS to Mills Automotive Inc and they put a brand new radiator in for a fair price and did fantastic work I would highly recommend them to anyone for any car trouble that they have ever in life!! Thank you Nick Schaefer

These guys are awesome! Came in with the famous lifter 5.3 failure tues and by Friday they had it fixed and back to me ! Great people ! Super fast turn around! And stand behind their work ! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! We definitely will be coming back for future auto needs ! Thanks again for your superb service !

Very Satisfied, was recommended by my regular mechanic to do some electrical troubleshooting on and problem headlight short. Very fast, honest and respectful. Price very reasonable.

Thought I was going to pay up to $1300 for a/c repair. However, it was less, much less. Thought it was fixed, but lost coolant again. Took it back, and they retested the cooling system and found the leaky valve. Bonus, repaired at no charge. Thank you, Mill Automotive . I appreciate your guys.

When you quote a certain price, stick to it. If the value of the labor exceeds the quoted price it is good practice to reach out to the customer and ask before moving on. It is always good business to err in the side of caution. Final price was twice the quoted price but the work was already done. Front desk person was quick to admit no responsibility and blame it on a communication error.
