Definitely would not recommend. I came in a few weeks ago for a tire alignment and found out they don’t even do tire alignments at the shop, rather, outsourcing them to a shop somewhere else. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending when asking me what was wrong with my vehicle and I overheard her talking about me when I left. When I arrive back to get my car, my front bumper was scraping up against the road which they didn’t even bother putting it back in place. I don’t understand how they have such high ratings.

Believe the reviews. I've got a couple tire places I trust, but when we got a flat on 195/64 interchange, I searched for what was close, and the reviews for Mincz caught my eye. The staff was helpful and friendly, and quickly and affordably got everything fixed.

I highly recommend Mincz Tire & Automotive. I never write reviews for products of services, but in this case I felt compelled to do so. Someone recently told me "buying tires is like paying taxes" (it's expensive and it's something you just have to bite the bullet and do), but my experience here was nothing but perfect. Corey was super direct and honest, to the point that she gave me sincere advice even when I made it clear that I wanted to shop around on price first (Costco). I went with Mincz because the price couldn't be beat and they were able to get the work done immediately. Great service, communication, price, and attention to detail.

Mincz is the BEST! I’ve been bringing my car here for a couple years and they’ve always gone above and beyond. The staff is so kind and honest and I never feel like anyone is pressuring me to make unnecessary repairs (compared to the dealership where I used to bring my car). They have amazing prices and always have my car back in a reasonable time. I’ll continue using them and recommending them!!

One star is to many!!!!!! Managers/owners are extremely rude and unprofessional. There are 2 locations and both locations are managed beyond poorly. After spending a $1000 at the Midlothian location there is no warranty or customer service that stands behind their work. What really got me was the manager at the Richmond location said to me "yeah I'm sure you talked to my brother Jason at the other location" after she finally decided to let me finish talking and explaining to her what the issue at hand was. So what you are saying to me is you know your brother Jason has a terrible attitude and talks to the customers any kind of way, and then she told me that her father owned the business, but I could not receive a phone call from him and that there is nothing that she could do to help in this situation, and if she wanted to she could hang up in my face as her brother Jason did to my fiancé at the other location. Regardless if it happened at the Richmond location or the Midlothian location if it's not franchised then the business stands as one. Any consumer reading this DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES TO EITHER LOCATION.

Great service great prices This is the only place in town to get tires they truly treat the customer like a human being and they don't try to get over on you what an amazing establishment it's great to see that there's a business that still keeps the customer 1st in mind and not the bottom dollar. Had to have one of our plumbing van's tire repaired this morning in order to finish our jobs today and these guys were AMAZING! They fit us in and helped us out of a jam. Super nice guys that went above and beyond to help us out. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

I was referred to Mincz to handle my tire, it was a last minute operation as I arrived from the other auto shop just over an hour before closing. The two men I interacted with were polite, laid back and helpful. They were able to replace my tire and sensors the same day for a very reasonable price! Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

KUDOS GALORE TO MINCZ TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE!!! I, a female senior citizen, had to stop there to have a tire checked, because it had unexpectedly gone flat. Thank God for Run Flat Tires, because Roadside Assistance was unable to help me. Why???? Because, unbeknownst to me, I had NO SPARE TIRE OR JACK!!! Who knew that most newer cars don’t have spares??? Anyway, the gentleman from Roadside Assistance Googled the closest tire retailer, and Mincz popped up. It was about 5 minutes away from my location (at the Wawa on Arthur Ashe Boulevard), where I had tried (along with several Good Samaritans), unsuccessfully, to put air in the tire. Mincz, and in particular, Juston Pottle, took really good care of my vehicle and me. First of all, they close at 5:00. I didn’t get there, until ~ 4:20. They took me anyway!!! It turned out that my tire was beyond repair, and it had to be replaced… not good for someone on fixed income and on a VERY limited budget. Long story short, I left with a smile, due to the thoughtfulness and professionalism of Mr. Pottle and the rest of the team at Mincz. I felt VALUED as a customer. Their Customer Service was SUPERLATIVE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and even more importantly, I TRUST MINCZ. I will be returning, if/when the occasion calls for it. Thanks, Mincz!!! Pardon any typos! I tried to edit this but the repetitive words won’t delete!!!

Was going to tow my car in the lot where i work. Had been working for awhile and was told Mincz would tow my car. Didn't understand the reason i had to walk there to tell them i was told to park there by my job and boss that share the lot. Also other co workers had to do the same that had already worked for awhile and already parked in the lot. Didn't understand why? Was posted years ago

Had a blow out on 95 north got towed to their garage. They had my tire replaced in 30 minutes. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

I've been using Mincz for inspections, oil changes, and brake pad replacements the last few years and am completely satisfied with their services. The guys up front are always kind and honest which is much appreciated. I hope they don't ever move from this location because it's also super convenient.

These guys are so great! I’ve had the unfortunate luck of three flat tires this year and they are always willing to get me in right away to do the repair. Their pricing is fair and their service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Richmond area!

I first visited 10+ Years ago for some routine tire service. I could tell that that everyone was top notch and customer service focused. I recently visited to upsize and change the tire profile on my 20 year old SUV. The service, advice, price, and customer service were all top notch. 100% satisfied. Thanks!!
