Just got a New York State inspection they squeezed me in and was quick and good. They did take a look at the car which I know some shop wouldn't even bother. So overall great experience.

I’ve got an early 90s era BMW that I’ve kept stock and well maintained over the years and the guys at MINHS are great - they communicate clearly and have my best interests in mind on what to tackle now vs what can wait until later. A great group of people I highly recommend.

This was my first visit. I needed to find a new mechanic for my BMW X1 since I had a bad experience at a previous mechanic and the dealerships are far too expensive. Each of the guys I spoke with were great and all I really needed was an oil change, but they did check out the rest of the car and gave me a good understanding of what else I might want to consider having done in the next couple of months to a year. I appreciate not being pressured to do anything not yet needed / since I find many mechanics and auto shops treat do try to upsell to women. Jason explained everything to me in a non condescending manner and I will definitely go back.

Accidentally chose this specialty shop for our Hyundai Accent lol and they treated it as a special import! I loved that they send the status of inspection with explanations and photos, I’ve never had that before. They fixed our car and accommodated our hectic schedule all the while being really kind guys. As a woman, it can feel overwhelming but they really are great. Will see them for every car inspection!

Great service, good prices. Happy to have chosen Minhs for my oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush out. As a bonus, they washed and waxed my car! Highly recommended.

I have a 2003 VW Golf that I bought about a year and a half ago. I've taken it to MINHS a number of times since purchasing for some small jobs and some really large jobs. Their diagnostic and assessment work has always been very thorough, very clear, and very understandable. They get the work done in the timeframe they say they will, and their communication has always been up-front, honest and professional. In the event that a new part doesn't work right, they've taken my car back in and gotten things correct the second time free of charge (warranty etc.) I love having a small car in the city and I'll continue to trust MINHS with any future work that it will need. These guys are total professionals. Know that your car will be in good hands if you take it here!

Honesty and trust are invaluable components when dealing with your automotive needs - Im never hesitant to hand over the keys. I’ve solely worked with MINHS on both of my BMWs for a few years now; no plans in changing that by any means. This establishment is well versed in the services they offer and is upfront on anything they don’t specialize in; pointing you in the right direction as opposed to sacrificing quality in a false promise. This isn’t your “do it all” shop & the work product speaks for itself. All of the above are important factors to the driver and vehicle in maintaining longevity of your machine. Super service, super knowledgeable. Came in for a simple state inspection and to start a relationship with a shop and they treated me with the same time and attention as anyone else. This place is the BEST!! Came for emissions but found out I had winter tires in my car… they rush ordered tires for me so I could take my car on my trip out of town the next day! And fixed it up perfectly! They were very honest and thoughtful and everything was so well documented and explained and thorough. The people could not have been nicer or more helpful. This will be my go to spot forever now!
