I picked up my Chevy Avalanche truck from the transmission shop. Later on the same day. The transmission was acting up 1st into 2nd gear jerking a little hard. I went to Harbor Freight and out of nowhere, I met this guy. I was worried about driving to my home which is 2 and half hours drive. So, he told me to follow him to his shop and I did. He hooked up on the computer checked everything out for me and cleared things out. Just you know it was after hours and he wasn't even supposed to be working and he was willing to do all that for me! He's the best! I drove it home and it was so much smoother! I coming back to this place and get everything tuned in soon! This is the best place to get your vehicle tuned. It's hard to trust anyone nowadays except this place! I appreciate all his help!

You should be ashamed of the way you treat people!! However, even in all your wrong doings God is in every detail!!!! That man has "patience of Job" and it shows from all the things you done to him and his daughter!!! Just so you know God will always lift the humble and the arrogant shall fail!!!! Do better!!!!

We called a dozen or more shops that specialized in European vehicles to replace a serpentine belt and tensioner for our 3500 diesel Sprinter that is a Winnebago RV and nobody would touch it. This gentleman answered the phone and said he’d look for the parts. He found them and had it fixed by 7:30 pm the next day at a fair price. Having repairs done while traveling is always a little hairy but if every shop was like this one life would be easier.

Unfortunately I've never been here. I was strung along for over 3 months trying to get my truck in to do some custom work. I would call every few weeks to see how long it would take. He's never answered the phone, ever. You have to leave a voicemail and wait for him to call you back. Eventually, he just stopped responding to me and I haven't heard from him. Thanks for the wasted months of my time. Would have appreciated a simple "no" or "I don't have the time".

I brought my car in for work recently. It's kind of a mess; it's an MR2 I bought in bad condition and swapped a Celica 2zz engine into myself, which the MR2 never came with from the factory. I had an aftermarket exhaust and intake, as well as a JDM ECU with a different tune versus the USDM one. Most places I called wouldn't work on it due to the engine, parts and chassis all being from different cars. You can't just do what the dealership manual says to do, you have to actually know how the things work to make them work together, and most places didn't want the headache. It needed lots of little things gone over to run right, and I thought it might need a head gasket. It also sat for a year while I saved up for the HG job. Laith went over the car, sorted out all of the issues and got it running right, with fresh fluids. It turns out it didn't need a head gasket and he didn't try to convince me that it did. I also had an ECUMaster EMU Black aftermarket ECU, which was pinned for a Lotus 2zz, not a Celica 2zz. I didn't realize the pinouts were different until he asked me about it and I looked them up. He re-pinned it to match, and programmed a custom tune anyway. He stayed in contact the whole time and even pivoted on a couple of tuning requests that I came up with partway through. He's very knowledgeable and thorough, and is able to problem solve issues that most shops would balk at. Thats three years of struggling and frustration solved in a couple weeks. I'll be coming back for any future work.

I was pretty much at laith’s shop all day Friday waiting for a simple catback exhaust put on my 2017 gmc Denali 1500, he’s very knowledgeable in the automotive business and all in all a genuine, good, mechanic. We shared and talked about stuff while I was and I couldn’t have felt more at ease to be pleased about taking my truck to him! It’s just him so just stick and conversant he’s knowledgeable in and out of automotive life!

I was surprised by his transparency concerning what was actually going on with my vehicle, his attention to small details, and his reasonable recommendations for improving my motor vehicle both among functional and aesthetic lines.

So let me just say I have a 2011 2ss Camaro that has had a cylinder 1 misfire for almost a year after thousands to try to fix it and shop after shop even the dealership who said it was “fixed” and wasn’t not even 10 min down the road just to turn back around and drop it back off! This had to of been my best experience this past year I highly recommend 100/10 not only did this guy help within budget he educated me on my issues and fixes but he fixed it right even the problems the other shops caused and made worse not in weeks or months he fixed it in 2 days! His customer service is exceptional as well as his automotive skills this guy don’t pitter patter around or try to scam you into a job you don’t need done he gets in there and gets it done without the long waits if your looking for repairs or performance that will be done properly and then given the knowledge on every detail that was done and why… this is your guy he don’t just tell you he fixed it he explains the problems and explains the fixes and don’t charge for unnecessary repairs!! Highly would recommend!!! Don’t waist your time and money on any other shop around!!! I will be back for any other issues I have from here on out.

The owner of this shop is a great guy. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. It seems like he really cares about his customers. In addition, he kept me from making a 15k dollar mistake. I will definitely be going back and I urge anyone who needs a pre-purchase inspection or work done on their current vehicle to go to him. Couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

Laith is the real deal. Helped me while I live states away with a diagnosis. Because of him we were able to pinpoint an issue that now can be resolved.This gentleman really knows his stuff and doesn't beat around the bush.

DO NOT USE!!! If I could rate it lower than one star I would. He broke the driveshaft on my car and then tried to blame it on me lol use at your own risk but he's a fraud and I will be pursuing legal action.

Laith correctly diagnosed the problem with the cooling system on my '94 Subaru SVX, and corrected the problem in a timely manner. He has extensive automotive knowledge. Highly recommended!

Do not recommend. Called Mission Performance to look at an older Mercedes because the engine was shaking. Didn't want me to take it to a shop location and came out to the house instead even though the car was drivable. Looked at the car and couldn't determine any issues but said the spark plugs looked old and needed replaced. Laith drove to the store to purchase spark plugs. Put in new spark plugs and charged $500 for his time to come out and drive to the store. I was told the spark plugs cost over $200 for 8 spark plugs at Advance Auto Parts. Seemed high at the time but wasn't sure until later when I kept the box and looked up the spark plugs myself. I then asked for a detailed copy of the receipt. He listed the discount price for spark plugs at $20.99 (from the listed price of $37.99). I asked for a copy of the receipt from the store and he said he didn't have one but sent a link to the spark plugs which listed the price at $10.39. Charged $100/hour to drive to the store and then mislead about the actual cost of the parts. I usually believe smaller shops are more personal and less expensive than dealership. Totally not the case this time. Would not recommend. I am editing my review because the business owner replied with information that is completely untrue. The car has never been "supplied with 87 octane gasoline". We have 4 cars that all require premium gas so the only 87 octane gas we purchase is for a lawnmower. The car maintenance had not be neglected. We've taken it to a certified Mercedes mechanic the entire time we've had the car. He moved his shop farther away and since it's close to a 50 minute drive, I looked for someone closer. And it also it is a complete fabrication that we "comprehend" the diagnosis. I have a mechanical engineering degree and my son is currently on the dean's list in aerospace engineering at OSU. No reputable mechanic I've ever spoke to for any of my cars has accused me of "not comprehending". The car was no better when he left than when he arrived. He did not spend "hours working on the car". Most of the time he spent driving to the store to purchase basic spark plugs (which I saved the box from and verified later). The store was 10 minutes away and it took him well over an hour to go and return. I asked for the receipt from the store when he returned to my house and he told me he couldn't find it but he would "try to get a copy" which he never did. He only told me the store he went to, and left the boxes so I was able to verify the price I listed with the store. I told him on the phone when I spoke to him it wasn't an emergency. The only reason I called more than once is that he never answered or called back. If it would have been more to fix my vehicle with another mechanic, it would have been because they actually did something useful. I stand more firmly behind my previous review. This guy is completely dishonest even to the point of accusing us of using low octane gas. Do NOT recommend.

He is the most professional knowledgeable mechanic that I can trust that does quality & reliable work the first time without up selling me like the Dealerships an other shops. It’s nice to know that there are still a few good honest people in this world that know what they are doing.

My car broke down half way through my commute back to Nashville, TN on a Friday afternoon. I have spoken to at least 7 auto repair companies prior who all said they will not consider repairing my car on that day since it could take longer than 3 hours to fix the water pump. Laith came to my location in Bristol, TN and provided a free estimate. He stayed late and fixed my vehicle on that Friday afternoon. The rate was reasonable and he ensured my safety back home to Nashville. I highly recommend his services!
