Been working with this company for 18 days. We were told they could do the job in the time frame we need. They still haven't made it out to take the measurement so the glass can be ordered. Now, it can't be done in the necessary time frame. Today, we were told to find another installer. I wish they had just said at the beginning that they couldn't meet our expectations so we could get someone else. Beware, they don't keep their word.

Had a broken dual pane window (outer pane) Contacted MR.T's Glass (Gaylord) and they came out yesterday to replace!! It was amazing to watch the 2nd & 3rd generation "Glass Men" quickly cut seals..extract and clean and replace the center Glass section!!! Here and gone in about 70 minutes!! Precise...Experienced...and Cleanup Just Incredible!! "Dad" and Son (Jameison) Were personable..attentive to detail and just fun to interact with!! Recommend 110%!! Roach

I go there to replace home window glass that gets accidentally broken by tenants. They never have a problem getting the windows back in good condition for a lot less than replacing the window completely. Saves me a ton of trouble.

Scott and Jameson did an excellent job on our shower glass doors including two half walls. The lead time from measurement to installation was very fast. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.

My Range Rover's factory windshield began unsealing. Freaky! No one wants their windshield to fall out, especially in a Northern Michigan winter. They were very professional and friendly with us and our insurance company. I love giving business to local establishments. They were recommended to us through Belle Tire and Mister T's gave us a fantastic experience. The inside of my car was wiped clean after they replaced my windshield. Thank you for that! I would highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to work with! They have done the glass shower doors in both of our bathrooms and also set the glass for a mirror and glass for a tabletop and even our vehicle windshield. They have also made recommendations for other businesses in Gaylord when we didn’t know who to use. Nicest people!

Loved my experience with Mister T. From the original call they were very helpful on letting me know all the options for my car. They got me scheduled right away and the drop off was smooth.
