This man Mitchell is the best mechanic ive come across in a long time. My dad uses him so I trusted he would be good. He was better than good. He was great!!! He was honest and saved me thousands of dollars. His crew is just as nice as him. He got the job done in a timely matter and the price was unbeatable. If your looking for an honest guy that will find out everything that’s going wrong with your car then look no more. Thanks Mitchell. You are amazing at what you do.

If you have been looking for an honest and fairly priced automotive shop, you found it. Mitchell and his team exceeded every expectation. They got me back on the road same day when I was in a rush to leave town. This is the only place I will take my vehicles now.

Dropped my Mercedes s550 off to get a oil change and get the axlertary battery changed Mitch noticed their were some things I were very important that needed to be done to my car and Wes very informative on what needed to be done and worked very hard getting parts . The only place I will take my car's to in Mesa. Thank for all you do.

I can't say enough good things about Mitchell and his shop. Our daughter's car started having problems on her first, big car trip (without her Dad and I) while in Mesa which is very far from home. Mitchell and his shop went above and beyond to make sure her car was road worthy and would make it back home the 1,100 miles safely. I called several other shops and they all said it would take days or even weeks to diagnose and repair her car even after explaining the situation and that our young daughter was stranded far from home. Mitchell really made us feel important and offered to help when no one else would. He assured me that the shop would take care of us and get our daughter home safely and they did just that! We highly recommend this repair shop to anyone!

Several years ago Mitchell did work on my Kia sportage. He was straight forward and truly has a heart of a teacher. He understands that good business means good customer service. This time I brought him my daughter's 1997 Buick Thunderbird - a true teenager beater card. He spent his time to really look at the car and let me know how much it would cost to repair. Of course the repairs probably cost more than the car is worth so we decided to think about a car upgrade. Mitchell spent his time talking to me, educating me and really giving me good honest advice and tips - even about buying a used car. The most amazing thing was he didn't charge me for all this expert information. If anyone asks if I know a good mechanic --- I sure do! - I always tell them -- you MUST see Mitchell. He knows and can communicate and educate. Go to Mitchell and don't even bother elsewhere! Thank you Mitchell - appreciate your time.

This company was able to diagnose my problem in no time. Not thanks to the mechanics i have been going to for two year. I will definitely be back to get my new vehicle serviced here ONLY!

Do not request 2 hour delivery from this location. You pay the extra fee for expedite. 4 hours later and 1/2 hour on the phone still no parts. They can't handle it. In addition had to go to this location to get refund for expedite fee 2 days later still no refund. So sad

The main manager helped take our car in after it just broke down, with him having been booked out a month already he took our car in between others and looked to see our problem, that was awesome even thought our problem was bad he still took the time to help us, that’s kind hearted and that’s what this store stands for!

I’ve been going to Mitchell’s for years and they are honest and always take such good care of me and my car and make me feel like family! They fix what needs to be fixed with good, reliable parts and never try to upsell or make a quick buck where it isn’t needed. Cant say enough good things about Mitchell and his crew. My experience is always 10/10 with them.

I had a fantastic experience here. I had 3 busted motor mounts, and Mitchell and his fam were all super helpful in not only fixing me up, but doing so at a price that was more than reasonable. I felt super safe here, like I wasn't being taken advantage of. Not only recommending to Google, but to all my friends and family as well.

This place is great, Carlos answered a question about my car and saved me money by telling what to try first before I spend more money than I needed to, thank you Carlos. Sometime back I was given a 1997 Ford truck from my dying brother (Ex Vietnam Veteran) , it kept overheating, I stopped at this NAPA and they told me, "buy a new radiator cap". Well that was it. Thank you to all the staff at this location for caring about the people in your community.

I made an appointment with Mitchell’s for a second opinion of my air conditioner. The air didn’t seem to blow as cold. I was told by a dealership that I had a leaking hose and they quoted me an outrageous price. Mitchell’s confirmed there was a leak, quoted the parts/labor and offered to fix my air conditioner the same day. I was quoted nearly half the price than what I would have paid at the dealership. Very, clean and friendly staff. Would recommend! 👍🏽

I put new engine in 2010 car.Warranty wants oil changed every 3000 miles or 3 months,which ever comes first.So I bring car to Mitchells.After they take my car in they come back and asked if I really needed oil changed.Explained my warranty and they were ok with it.Got my oil changed.Drove my car 480 miles in 3 months but have to have it done to keep engine under warranty.Other places I been to just drop the oil and replace no questions asked.I feel this company is honest and delivers great service.I will be back in 3 months.

I was brought to this wonderful mechanic through a friend of mine. I was having issues with my 1988 Oldsmobile stalling constantly after purchasing it from my family. My brother had attempted all the repairs originally himself. Oh man, Mitch and his gang noticed it immediately. They let me know what needed done, and worked with me. When I say I'll be bringing my car to them for every repair, even from Phoenix, I mean it. This team is by far the most fantastic team I've had the pleasure of doing business with! I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you need any work done! Very professional, very friendly! He even walked me through everything they did and small things that still needed to be done in the near future. They spoke to me like I was a mechanic, and gave me the professional courtesy! Let me start off by saying they are very honest! I brought my 03 ford f150 in thinking it needed a new head gasket. Because i got it check somewhere else, I thought for sure I would pay a lot of money for it. So I took the chance and they check it for me. And come to find out I needed something else done and it wasent even mt gasket! They're very honest and Friendly. Will definitely be coming here more often, And recommend it to anyone needed something fixed or checked out. They don't make commission so they will tell you the honest truth with a good price!
