Apparently this place is under new ownership. The owner is named Jimmy and, by all accounts, is a complete a-hole who hung up on me when I told him I didnt like the way he was speaking to me. I went here 6 months ago and paid $500 to have my AC fixed. Unfortunately, the fix lasted a short while and I've been stuck with no AC ever since. When I explained to him the situation he said that it was "irrelevant" because the shop is under new ownership. Lol what!?!?! ITS RELEVANT TO ME, he then started skirting responsibility and speaking in a condescending way. The new owner came across as someone who should not be trusted. I will not be going there ever again.

Came in here a week ago on a Saturday. They were short staffed and the owner greeted me when i got out my car. He said they wouldn’t have time today for an oil change but told me they would cover it for free next time i came in. I completely understood. I came in a week later (not expecting or wanting a free oil change) and the same owner recognized me and told me he was covering my oil change. I told him that was not necessary but he insisted. That is incredible customer service . If you need any type of work done to your car, come by here. They will for sure take care of you!

Mitch sold the business, new owner came for one week to learn the shop and then fired every single employee with no warning. Shop is now under new ownership. Whether this is good or bad for their customer base is up to you to decide. I just want to make sure, as the family member of one of these ex-employees who were offered no type of severance or forewarning whatsoever, no matter their position or value within the shop, that they are not slandered for the sake of retaining their customers under the new owner.

These guys are the best. As loyal as it gets. Once advised me to go to another shop to get a job done because they are a little cheaper! Who does that? I take all my vehicles here and Josh and Steve take care of me!

Always friendly and quick, I've been trusting them with bigger repairs and they have done a good job. Wife's Acadia AWD recently needed a new power steering pump and high pressure hose; dealer quoted me $3200, Mitch's quoted $1800 and ended up significantly less. No pressure, just good service.

Mitch and Josh were amazing to do business with! Just moving to Phoenix, we were concerned about finding an honest, skilled mechanic, but we are so grateful to have found Mitch's. The communication and explanation of the work needed was professional and detailed and the repairs were completed in a very timely manner. Thank you to Mitch's for an excellent experience!

Do not deal with Steve! We are contacting 3 on your side as he is more then dishonest. Takes advantage of people who are not mechanically educated. How ever I myself am mechanically educated and was beyond upset when I learned the what he has done and charged for. He is so wrong to be handling Mitches business. Currently because they have had little business Steve is trying to create revenue. And in all reality I am sure is losing Mitch so many opportunities to grow his business further. Mitch you have the wrong person running your business. Your revenue loss from here on out is all related from a CON named STEVE. Mitch you will have no option to KNOW who wrote this true and honest horrible review who once had faith in your repair shop!!!! But SOON all of Az will be questioning why a CON MAN named STEVE is even on your property.... Just more reviews to come after your is tomorrow!!!! Very disgruntled customer...

I came into Mitch’s with the urgent need of a bitterly replacement. He got me in immediately, got the battery changed, and charge me a very fair rate. Mitch was extremely professional and accommodating. I’m new to this area but I’ll never do business with anyone other than him. He has a life customer in me.

I’ve been routinely going to Mitch’s for the last year or so to get regular maintenance work done on my 2010 Acura MDX and up until 4 months ago my car started showing quite a bit of wear and tear all around the same time as it had just hit 200k miles. Everything from a new timing belt, new battery, new oil pan, new struts and new bulbs were repaired/replaced and they made it as smooth and efficient as possible. I worked closely with Steve and he really made it a point to educate me on what was going on with my car. There was never any pressure or sense of upselling. Not only did they truly take the time to explain everything but they also provided rides to and from their shop and my home since we currently only have one car. Additionally every time I take my son there, someone insists on giving him a new toy car. They just really go above and beyond for everyone and I would highly recommend using them for any service you need on your vehicle!

My alternator locked up and caused my belt to break. Well these guys were not only honest about needed repairs but are super friendly and Steve was especially great to work with. I price checked and these guys were also 70 dollars cheaper than everyone else around so I definitely recommend going to these guys you will be impressed. I was.

I got an oil change here for my Versa with no worries. When I ran over a shredded tire on the freeway and busted the bolts on my engine frame, they fixed it for free. They were so nice to me both times. Plus, their waiting room has slideshows of customers with tags like "Cool guy."

This place is a joke. Not only did the guy have an attitude problem but he lied through his teeth about what he did to my car. He tried to get me to pay over $1000 for secondary issues and completely missed the fact that the Engine was blown and needed to be replaced. My car died 30 feet from the shop after picking it up. I sent it to another shop and they told me within 3 hours that I should send it to the dealership to get an engine replaced under recall. It cost me no money. These guys are worse than used car salesmen.
